Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental

King, Queen, Queen and Full sleeper, New carpet installed 5/10/2014
Ocean Villa built, January 2007 is a 23 story high-rise with two parking levels under the building and a 3 story parking garage across the street with a covered walk over the road attaching to the third floor.

Handicap rails are on the walls of CUSTOM TILE showers. There is a tub/shower in the 2nd bathroom.

No pets, no smoking, no carts and dead fish or animals brought into any of our condominiums please. No fish fries in the rooms or deep frying or shrimp boils. Sorry this damages and stinks up room for next guest. Please do not use white towels or wash cloths to remove makeup. Please use tissues or bring your own wash cloths to remove makeup. If you do any of these please do not rent from us. $1000. charge for smoking or pets in condo.

Any of these can cause your damage deposit to be charged plus damages. Guests must have a responsible person over 25 in the room. Under 25 years old, $1000 damage deposit.

We are very picky about our condo and try to keep them clean as possible for every guest. White Towels, provided. We ask you to leave the condo mostly clean. Upon arrival do not bring luggage cart in condo. Remove all comforters and place in top of closets. Do not put luggage on bedspreads or your body. These are never cleaned and must stay looking new. Please do not eat in bedrooms or on living room furniture. Our guests love how clean our condos are and we expect our guests to help by treating it as your own.
