NEW! The Bathrooms have just been updated for 2013! Completely NEW bathrooms, New 5 foot Tub/Shower Combinations, Vanity/Sinks, Mirrors and NEW Tile Floors!. Nice!

This is a wonderful lake home! This is a very unique home. This home is located on a FRESH WATER LAKE, Lullwater Lake, and is only 500 Feet TO THE BEACH!

Lullwater Lake is a great fishing lake. Lullwater lake has LARGE MOUTH BASS, Brim, Crappie, Catfish & many other varieties of fish! The only thing separating this home from the Gulf of Mexico is Front Beach Road!

We have just update the furnishings in this home. Enjoy the Large Sectional Sofa! Sit back and watch a Movie on your own Private 42" LARGE SCREEN TV! If you prefer, lay back in any of the bedrooms and read a book (from your own Private Library), or catch up on your favorite show, because ALL BEDROOMS HAS PRIVATE TV'S!

This is a FULLY FURNISHED Home. Everything is included, Towels, Linens, Plates, Silverware etc...

The sleeping arrangement is as follows:

Bedroom #2: QUEEN SIZE Bed!
Bedroom #3: Two TWIN Beds!
Living Room: QUEEN Size Sleeper in the Sectional Couch!
Additional QUEEN Size Blow Up Bed, Can be used if needed.
All bedding is NEW! New Mattress Pads, Sheets, Pillows & Comforters!
This home will sleep up to 10 Guests!

The laundry area features an electric Clothes Washer & Clothes Dryer. Additional storage is available above the Washer/Dryer.

Seating in the Dining Room for Nine. The Dining Table will seat six comfortably. Three more can sit at the Bar. Additional seating for six more in the screened room, just off of the living room!

We have just put NEW Screening on the Outdoor Room facing the lake! This room has a NEW Outdoor Table & Six Chairs! The LARGE Covered Porch in the back of the home has wonderful Water Views! Enjoy the view from the NEW Lounge Chairs. Cook up some dinner on the NEW Charcoal Barbeque!

Life will be good for you in Panama City Beach! Go for a walk to the beach, just 500 feet away. If you need some groceries Winn Dixie Shopping Center & CVS Drug Store are just 1/2 mile away. Refundable Deposit. Rental payment and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Spring & Summer Reservations)unless prior arrangements are made. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date or deposit will not be refunded. Nightly rates posted are with based on a 3 night minumum.

Other Fees: $125.00 Cleaning Fee for 6 or less guests. $150 Cleaning Fee for 7+ guests. Cleaning Fee included in nightly rental price. Pets OK With Prior Approval, Additional $95-$150 Pet Fee. All weekly rates are for up to 6 guests. Additional $35/guest/week. No more than 10 person occupancy. Prices listed are discounted Family Rates, unless listed. Home away from home

After renting houses for several years, we finally found that "Home" away from home. The owners were so friendly we felt like we had known them for years. The description was like many others we have read in the past , great view, beautiful this, or lovely that. We were totally unprepared for how beautiful this home really was.From the furnishings to the fantastic bedding we were truely empressed. The kitchen was the best equipped we have seen in eight years of renting houses or condos.The view over the lake to the ocean was a rare treat in watching the sunsets. After several years of being under empressed or disapointed it was a relief to find a " Home" we will look forward to visiting again and again. The only negative thing we can think of is we aren't living there year round. Thanks Amy and Brian for the oppurtunity of sharing your piece of paradise.
