Description of the Panama City Beach vacation cottage rental

This is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Executive Cottage/Duplex. This EXECUTIVE COTTAGE/DUPLEX and will SLEEP UP TO 4 GUESTS! This home has its own PRIVATE PATIO & FENCED AREA! This home has its own PRIVATE OVERSIZED JACUZZI BATH TUB! The home is located just 1 BLOCK TO THE BEACH! Walking Distance to the NEW PIER PARK!

This is a wonderful Executive Cottage-Duplex. It was NEW in 2006.

This is a FULLY FURNISHED Home. Everything is included, Towels, Linens, Plates, Silverware etc...

This unit features an OVERSIZED JACUZZI BATH TUB situated in an upscale bathroom. The bathroom has TRAVERTINE STYLE TILE from the floor to the ceiling! There is wonderful lighting from the matching mission style vanity & cabinet. There is additional storage in the matching cabinet on the opposite wall.

The Kitchen has NEW Maple cabinets. There is plenty of storage. Lazy susans are located in the bottom corner cabinets. Lots of counter top space. STAINLESS STEEL Refrigerator with AUTOMATIC ICE MAKER. Stainless Steel Automatic Dishwasher. Stainless Steel Sink. Built in Microwave Oven with hood fan. Full size cooking range/oven. There is a bar large enough to seat three people comfortably.

The Bedroom has a QUEEN SIZE Bed! Matching dresser (chest of drawers) & a night stand. The closet is approx 7' long! A wonderful 6' sliding glass door will let plenty of light in during the day. There are also private light blocking shades installed in the bedroom!

The laundry area features a stacked electric Clothes Washer & Clothes Dryer. Additional storage is available above the Washer/Dryer.

The Dining Room has a wonderful window with an arch at the top. New nickel plated track lighting. The dining table will seat four comfortably.

The Living Room has a Large LEATHER Couch with Recliners built into each end. A matching overstuffed LEATHER reclining chair is also in the living room. The living room has a TV and a DVD Player. There is a desk located in the living room.

NOW! FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET! WIFI, Wireless Or Wired. Surf the beach, or Surf the Internet both are free here at Panama City Beach!

All of our homes have a Central Heating & Cooling System!

We have a NEW two person covered swing for the back patio. A NEW Charcoal BBQ is located on the back patio for your outdoor cooking.

Life will be good for you in Panama City Beach! Go for a walk to the beach, just 1 block away. If you need some groceries Winn Dixie Shopping Center & CVS Drug Store are just 2 short blocks away. The new Pier Park Shopping Center is just 1 mile away. The NEW Target Store is located at Pier Park. A multi plex Movie Theatre will be completed in 2007. Surf Side Video store is just around the corner. Frank Brown Community Center / Sports Park is just 1 mile away. Frank Brown Park has a NEW community aquatic center here for you to use! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance from this home. Some of the restaurants are: The Boars Head, Dominos Pizza, Hungry Howies, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Arbys, Burger King, Taco Bell, two Waffles Houses, the Y Bar and more. BOAT RENTAL:
Lullwater lake is a 40 acre spring fed fresh water lake just 1 1/2 blocks away. You can rent one of our boats for use on the lake. The boat can be tied up at our home, which is located on the lake. Boat rental includes: Boat, Electric trolling motor, Battery, Battery Charger & Life Vests!

SMALL PETS OK With Prior Approval, Additional $95-$150 Pet Fee. All rates are for up to 2 guests. Additional $35/guest/week. No more than 4 person occupancy. Thanksgiving is an additional $50/week. Nightly rates posted are with based on a 3 night miniumum.

Perfect for a couple!

This cottage is just the right size for a couple of snowbirds like us and in a great location near shopping, restaurants and the beach. We stayed for two months, January and February.

Grate place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was quiet and had everything we needed. The owners are great and were there if we needed anything or had any questions. Nice walk to beach and areas around Panama City Beach. We will stay again in the future. If you are looking for relaxation, sunshine, peace and quiet this is the place to stay.Nice HUGE shower and Jacuzzi to use anytime you want to. Kitchen is fully equipped so we saved a ton preparing our own meals. Great price as well for a weeks stay. It would also be great to stay all winter at for a couple of snowbirds .Tile floors make it super easy to keep clean and also has Wi Fi for those of us that like to stay connected with family while away.Has washer and dryer which is great so you dont have a ton of clothes to wash when returning home. Personally I give it 10 stars! We call it our home away from home now. Thanks Guys! This was a much needed time away!

PCB vacation

We stayed the last week of sept first week of oct the place was great quite and the weather the same/ water warm the beaches did not have a lot of people. PCB area was great with friendly people and great shopping and places to eat,again you could not ask for a better place to stay very nice and not to far from the beaches.

We loved this cottage. The place is situated in walking distance from the beach and shopping. The house is perfect for a small family and has everything you need. We are from Sweden and booked online with no hazzle. Eric the owner is great and so is his place. Higly recommended. We didn´t know anything about PCB before coming here, WE LOVED IT. Eric and his wife runs a serious operation and we will most certainly come back again. Anders & Christin Herrstom (Sweden)
