Our stay here was perfect. This mobile home has all the comforts of home – very nice and clean. The location could not be more perfect, close to everything. And most of all, Ruth, you are awesome and so accommodating. When we arrived everything was exactly as we expected. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and we will definitely be staying here when we come back.

Perfect place to spend the holidays. Quiet area, close to all amenities, and the beaches. Pools were warm and inviting. All the comforts of home, and yet in ideal setting where you wouldn't need a thing.

Ruth's cottage is very comfortable, clean, and has everything you need! These reviews are very accurate. The onsite pool and hot tub were nice...the beach is only a mile away and there's lots of free parking along the gulf. We really liked how the cottage was inside of a gated community...people take pride in their cottages and it was nice to come home to at night. It's very quiet so you can get your rest and feel ready to go for everything PC has to offer! Ruth is a great person to work with...no games, straight-forward contract and easy process. This was the BEST vacation ever...not only is PC Beach beautiful but the owner of this cottage made it more enjoyable! Thanks for everything!

PCB best kept secret!!

The cottage was perfect for my wife and 2 year old son. The cottage was very clean and everything you could have wanted was there. The resort was very quiet and safe. The location was perfect! We weren't on the busy strip in PCB and the beach was only a mile away. Ruth the owner was very accommodating. When we arrive the next day she called to see if everything was okay. Was a wonderful person to work with. If your looking for a clean and safe place to stay on a budget near all the attraction in PCB look no further. We will for sure be staying here again on our next trip to PCB. Thanks again Ruth :)

Being on a disability budget I was looking for something cheap and nice too. Ruth's place fit the budget perfectly and it was so nice we really hated to leave. Everything you need is there and the gulf beach is just a short drive away. i plan to try and go again in the fall and will definitely try to rent this place again! Owner is super!!!!!!

Nice Get Away!

I want to thank you so much for letting us share your nice place in Panama City Beach! The house was very clean and just as advertised! Very nice place to stay on a budget! Owner was great to work with and I hope to work with her again! The hot tub and heated pools were among the kids favorites too! It is convenient to the beaches, secure gated community that you feel very safe in!

Perfect for us

The place was small but very clean and looked new. The community was very well kept. We did not have any problems with noise or neighbors. We were on the other side of town from where most of the spring breakers were so that was a bonus for us. The military base across the street was a perfect 8 a.m. alarm clock as the Star Spangled Banner was played each morning. Linens/towels/washing machine are available and the kitchen had all cooking and eating utensils that we needed. There was a small electric grill that we used a couple of times that worked great. Internet service was available but it was not wireless. There were two small televisions that were connected to cable. The pool and hot tub on the site were nice but the hot tub was not functional while we were there. It was colder than the pool. One bedroom and two pull out sofa-beds would work well if you had kids you were bringing. The pull outs would not be great for adults as they are very uncomfortable. We were only a few minutes from the beach and there were several places to park for free with a very short walk to the beach. The beaches were great. Publix grocery store was just down the street and we took advantage of that and cooked most of our own meals to save on expenses. Shopping at Pier Park was nice and there were lots of options in the area for food. I would avoid Dirty Dick's Crab House. The food was awful and cold. We did find a buffet that had crab legs that was excellent. During spring break, traffic was brutal at times in some parts of the city but we found a couple alternate routes and that problem was solved. Ruth - the owner - was great. We found everything as she said it would be. I would rent from her again.

Everything was as listed. Owner was wonderful to work with...no problems...no issues...just relaxation. A bargain for those on a budget as we are. 6 weeks of exploration as it is located in middle from Apppalachicola and Destin..thnx for sharing your bit of paradise with us.

I'm so glad we stayed here. My husband was attending school right across the street at the Naval Base so it was very convenient for him. It's close to the beach too. It's a quite and safe neighborhood. It's clean, fully furnished and perfect for 2 people long term. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation, just bring clothes and toiletries. I would definitely stay here again. It felt like home away from home. Nothing bad to say about our stay. Thanks Ruth!

Family beach get away.

This place is great for a small family vacation! The resort is very clean, quiet, and safe. Our kids loved the pools (both of them). The location offers a quiet nights rest while only 5-8 minutes from the beach. Easy access to multiple grocery stores and shopping makes a quick grocery run a breeze. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was already there, from kitchen utensils to towels, etc. The internet access is also a plus. I recommend this place for anyone wanting a quiet vacation without spending a rediculous amount of money. Our entire 5 day/4 night trip was much less than rent would have been at condo for 1-2 nights. The owner is excellent to work with and always available for questions. Thanks Ruth!

Could Not Have Been Better.

This cottage was absolutely great. Everything was clean, tidy and well kept up. The amenities like the grill, bicycles, beach equipment, and internet hook-up, to name a few, were super. The neighborhood and neighbors were very nice and friendly. The owner of the cottage could not have been nicer and easier to work with. I would recommend this cottage to any couple looking for a nice get away and even to 4 or 5 people who just need a secure place to sleep. Very good experience.

I took this trip alone and felt completely safe at this gated community. Enjoyed the pools, the peacefullness of the community, the easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Its not a large place but for an individual or small group it is perfect. The owner was extremely nice. The place was very clean. I came in late one night and the security guard was on his golf cart near the gate which made me feel safe. The pools were never over crowded. The weather was perfect all week and NO OIL!! I have to say this was the best vacation in a very long time and a lot had to do with the fact that I stayed here!!
