It is Gulf side vacation home in the Rosemary Beach along with spectacular community views from third level loft. The Beach Air Cottage is perfectly located at South of the 30A in the Rosemary Beach along with convenient access to all modern amenities. Sugar Shak and the other Main Street Stores and finest restaurants are located within 2 minutes short walks’ distance from cottage. We are at south ride else the beach side, which means there are no streets to be crossed for Gulf.

Rosemary Beach features 4 well maintained pools. Coquina Pool is about a leisurely stroll away, shaded paths. Bicycle outnumbers car along with beautiful beach, Eastern Greens and the Town Center, with in few minutes. The First level opens on to combined dining and living area . The sharing space is well stocked modern kitchen along with stainless steel appliances and the seating with bar. Just off the spacious living area is high quality TV seating area which can also be hidden with the Pocket Doors to feature great privacy. Second level features 3BR/2BA.

First is twins bunk area with private deck. The second is Queen sized bedroom which has easy access to the shared hallway bath. The third is luxurious Master sized Queen Bedroom along with an n suited bath and large private deck area. Third level is combination bedroom or the loft area. It opens on to small yet cozy living area along with day bed and two twin beddings. A furnished bath with shower .
