Sweet Retreat--A 3 bedroom 3 bath Cottage in Carillon Beach about 200 yards to beach access and pool/playground.

Please come and share our beautiful beach home in a gated, gulf front community, lovely Carillon Beach highlighted by 3900 feet of private stunning white pristine beach.

Sweet Retreat is new home built in 2005, featuring beautiful nautical themed decor, appointed with hard wood floors, incredible hand crafted cottage style molding, 10 foot ceilings, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.

Relax on our beautiful screened-in porch, or soak up the sun on the sundeck. The beach walkover is about 9 lots or 200 yards. A lush park with playground, tennis courts, basket ball court and one of three pools (one pool is heated). Walk to the quaint downtown for dining, music, coffee, ice cream or shopping.

The home of white picket fences and shaded, leafy paths, Carillon Beach is a relaxing, family-friendly vacation destination. Kids can safely walk or ride their bikes throughout the community.
