Description of the Panama City Beach vacation home rental
New construction, just completed in November 2004, very luxurious, 3 Bedroom 3 ½ Bath house with it's own private pool and gulf view. Located in the desirable Thomas Dr. area, this house is on the gulf side of Thomas Dr. and walking distance to Schooner's restaurant. This house features living room, dining, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 5 TV's, VCR, DVD, stereo, Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom, hardwood floors throughout house, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry, blinds, shutters, and more. Bonus room on third floor, complete with ½ bath and wet bar, opens up to large deck with gulf of mexico views.
Non Smoking, No Pets.
Sleeps 10: 1 king, 2 queens, twin size bunk beds, and a bonus room with a sofa.
Please Note: When checking availability all beach homes have a week minimum starting on a Saturday. For all other inquiries call and Elizabeth will help you. A $500 cash security/damage deposit is due within 10 day of reserving this beach house.
We do not rent to singles under 25 unless accompanied by parents.

I was interested in staying at this property, but I never got any response from you. Your company apparently was not very interested in renting to us, because we received we never contacted in any way.
