Exclusive beach home in a gated waterfront community! Water views are abundant from almost every room in this home! Fish from your sundeck on this small lake on Panama City Beach! The crystal white sands of the beach are less than 10 minutes from the home. A swimming pool, club house, tennis courts and shuffle boards are here for your use.

This home has three nice bedrooms, a large living area, separate dining area. The Master Bedroom Suite has a KING BED, large garden style tub, a separate shower and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bathroom has a KING BED full tub/shower enclosure. There are desks/vanities in two of the bedrooms. The 3rd Bedroom has a QUEEN Bed. Vaulted ceilings throughout this home give a nice open feeling. The skylights in the kitchen and master bathroom provide wonderful natural light. All rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. Yes, This home has TWO KING SIZE BEDS! There are 2 Queen Size Sleeper Sofas in the Living Room Area. This home will sleep up to 10 guests!

A large screened enclosure is located on the water. Lounge chairs, tables and chair sets are here for your relaxation. Lay back in you lounge chair while watching the sunset. Let someone catch dinner for you from the fresh water lake. Then grill it on your outdoor George Forman grill. At the end of the day, watch a movie on your new 33" TV, complete with DVD Player. Real tired' Just kick back and enjoy a show from one of the Private TV 's in one of the bedrooms.

Rental payment and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Spring & Summer Reservations) unless prior arrangements are made. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date or deposit will not be refunded. Nightly rates posted are with based on a 3 night minumum.

Wonderful!

This house was perfect for our group. It was very peaceful and enjoyed by all. A little drive from the beach but nice to be away from the crowds. The kids enjoyed the game room as the grown ups relaxed on the patio.

We really enjoyed staying at the house. The pool needs to be kept up better but the kids enjoyed going to it and loved to go fishing at any time even caught a few. The rooms are very nice, the sofa sleepers are pretty rough to sleep on, but all and all we really liked the house.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home which was very close to the beach. The home was very spacious and my children enjoyed fishing off the back porch. They caught many fish and even a turtle. The game room in the garage was a nice added feature and we all enjoyed many hours playing games there. The home was furnished with everything we needed. The only thing I had to buy extra was dish soap and extra trash bags which was no big deal. The swimming pool was great and the water was just perfect. The grounds of the tennis court left a little to be desired but for the money this was still a great bargin. The only complaint I had during our stay was that the home did not seem as clean as I would have liked. There were cleaning supplies in the garage and I spruced up the floors a bit. But overall our vacation was a big success and I would vacation in this rental again.
