Description of the Panama City Beach vacation home rental

This is a wonderful lake home! This is a very unique home. This home is located on a FRESH WATER LAKE, Lullwater Lake, and is only 1200 Feet TO THE BEACH!

Lullwater Lake is a great fishing lake. Lullwater lake has LARGE MOUTH BASS, Brim, Crappie, Catfish & many other varieties of fish! The only thing separating this home from the Gulf of Mexico is Front Beach Road!

This is a FULLY FURNISHED Home. Everything is included, Towels, Linens, Plates, Silverware etc...

The sleeping arrangement is as follows:
Master Bedroom: KING SIZE Bed! Matching dresser, a night stand & a small Desk.
Bedroom #2: QUEEN SIZE Bed! Matching dresser & a night stand & a Desk.
Bedroom #3: A Bunkroom, with a NEW set of Bunk Beds (Sleeps 2)
Sunroom: QUEEN Sleeper Sofa. This room has a set of french doors that will close.
Living Room: (2) QUEEN Size Sleeper Sofa's. Additional FULL Size Air Bed.

The laundry area features an electric Clothes Washer & Clothes Dryer. Additional storage is available above the Washer/Dryer.

The Dining Room will seat six comfortably. Additional table & chairs for 4 more in the sunroom + seating for 3 at the bar in the kitchen/Dining Area.

The living room has a HUGE 60" TV and a DVD Player. There is an additional TV & DVD Player in the sunroom!

All of our homes have a Central Heating & Cooling System!

We have a THREE PERSON COVERED SWING is on the back patio. A TWO PERSON HAMMOCK is located on the Sundeck! A Charcoal BBQ is located on the back patio for your outdoor cooking.

We have turned the garage into a game room! Now you can enjoy your own Private POOL TABLE, Private PING PONG TABLE ( Table Tennis ) + an Arcade Size AIR HOCKEY TABLE!

Life will be good for you in Panama City Beach! Go for a walk to the beach, just 1200 feet away. If you need some groceries Winn Dixie Shopping Center & CVS Drug Store are just 2 short blocks away. The PIER PARK Shopping Center is just 3/4 of a mile away, APPROX 100 STORES/SHOPS/RESTAURANTS! The NEW Target Store is located at Pier Park. Surf Side Video store is just around the corner. Frank Brown Community Center / Sports Park is approx 3/4 of a mile away. Frank Brown Park has a community aquatic center here for you to use! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance from this home. Some of the restaurants are: The Boars Head, Dominos Pizza, Hungry Howies, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Arbys, Burger King, Taco Bell, two Waffles Houses, the Y Bar and more. The Panama City Beach Public Library is also just a few blocks away. Within a few blocks is the Official Panama City Beach Welcome Center & the State DMV / Tag office & Drivers License Center. Nice Lake Home

Very nice home. I highly recommend renting the boat when you stay at this home. The lake made it all worthwhile. Three bedroom with two bath and all the room for our party of eight needed for an enjoyable weeks vacation. We also rented the golf carts which saved us lots as gas. Pier park, Wal Mart, Winn Dixie are all golf cart driving distance. When the beach was to hot we used the pool, which was a nice change. Recommend this home to anyone.
