This is a wonderful lake home! This is a very unique home. This home is located on a FRESH WATER LAKE, Lullwater Lake, and is only 1200 Feet TO THE BEACH!

Lullwater Lake is a great fishing lake. Lullwater lake has LARGE MOUTH BASS, Brim, Crappie, Catfish & many other varieties of fish! The only thing separating this home from the Gulf of Mexico is Front Beach Road!

This is a FULLY FURNISHED Home. Everything is included, Towels, Linens, Plates, Silverware etc...

The sleeping arrangement is as follows:
Master Bedroom: QUEEN SIZE Bed! Matching dresser, a night stand & a small Desk.
Bedroom #2: QUEEN SIZE Bed! Matching dresser & a night stand & a Desk.
Bedroom #3: A Bunkroom, with a NEW set of Bunk Beds (Sleeps 2)
Sunroom: QUEEN Sleeper Sofa. This room has a set of french doors that will close.
Living Room: QUEEN Size portable air bed with a stand. Additional sleeping on the sectional sofa.
FULL Size Futon Sleeper Sofa.

The laundry area features an electric Clothes Washer & Clothes Dryer. Additional storage is available above the Washer/Dryer.

The Dining Room will seat six comfortably. Additional table & chairs for 2 more in the sunroom!

The living room has a TV and a DVD Player. There is an additional TV & DVD Player in the sunroom!

All of our homes have a Central Heating & Cooling System!

We have a THREE PERSON COVERED SWING is on the back patio. A TWO PERSON HAMMOCK is located on the Sundeck! A Charcoal BBQ is located on the back patio for your outdoor cooking.

NEW!!! We have just turned the garage into a game room! Now you can enjoy your own Private POOL TABLE, Private PING PONG TABLE & Now an AIR HOCKEY TABLE! If you are staying awhile, and won't be using the game room.... we can fold up the Ping Pong Table & the Pool table to give you more room!

Life will be good for you in Panama City Beach! Go for a walk to the beach, just 1200 feet away. If you need some groceries Winn Dixie Shopping Center & CVS Drug Store are just 2 short blocks away. The NEW PIER PARK Shopping Center is just 3/4 of a mile away, APPROX 100 STORES/SHOPS/RESTAURANTS! The NEW Target Store is located at Pier Park. Surf Side Video store is just around the corner. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date or deposit will not be refunded.
   
• Other Fees: $125.00 Cleaning Fee. Cleaning Fee included in nightly rental price. Pets OK With Prior Approval, Additional $95 Pet Fee. All weekly rates are for up to 6 guests. Additional $25/guest/week. No more than 14 person occupancy. All rates listed are discounted Family Rates, unless listed. Additional $200/Group/week. Primary Renter Must be at least 18 years of age..Age Verification Required.
