Where you stay is as important as where you go !We've allowed this 1200 sq ft renovated cottage to keep it's 50's charmas we added a bit of eclectic and comfort.As you sit on the deck, listening to the swish of the palm trees and feel the ocean's breeze,be assured that you are in a safe, friendly neighborhood.You will not be waiting on elevators or parking spaces as when you stay in "the other type place".We stay in this house ,also, so it is thoroughly cleaned between guests and well furnished with little exreas.It's a two block walk to the private, dedicated beach.For miles and miles, you will view the white sands and emerald blue water.The backyard is sodded and fenced.Great place for a private retreat or family vacation.Local family member available for assistance.

Area Description

So much to do, so little time. A great place for twelve months a year on land, or on sea.Sugar Magnolia Cottage is centrally located and convient to most everything. You will be able to exit parallel to the ocean and enjoy a scenic drive or exit onto Back Beach Road, to get to the next place at a faster pace.Panama City and Panama City Beach have scheduled community events throuhout the year. Plan on concerts, fishing and golf contests, "bike" rally known as Thunder Beach,iron-man competetion,seasonal events,national baseball championship,and other community activities.There's always Spring Break !Known for the best seafood in the world, there are great eateries of all food types.Not everyone stays at the beach all day. Some of us go shopping,others of us play 36 of golf,and still others want to go to the movie theater.There is emergency medical care at the beach as well as in Panama City

My stay at PC Beach was a wonderful experience. I found Sugar Magnolia Cottage to have a relaxed, clean, fun atmosphere unlike a stay at a hotel. The ammenities are just wonderful and everything my family needed was right at our finger tips. The rental process was very smooth unlike others I have tried. This cottage is close to everything you would want to go to in Panama City. The beach area near the cottage is very peacful and just beautiful. I have two small children and the cottage was even perfect for them, which is hard to find in a rental. Extremely cozy on the inside and relaxing on the outside with all the deck space.
