Description of the Panama City Beach vacation home rental
With the cooling Gulf breezes sweeping across the balcony, this very well equipped Key West style beach house provides a wonderful spot in Panama City Beach for a relaxing family vacation. This house is located in the quiet Thomas Drive community of Seaview Village, one block from the whitest sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and in a perfect location for family and beach vacation activities. You can walk to the beach or relax in your own semi private pool, which is shared by only seven other houses. There are views of the alluring Gulf of Mexico from the second story balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine overlooking the emerald green waters.
This recently built beach house is beautifully finished and decorated. It has two bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The private bedrooms do not share a common wall. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, private bath and French doors opening to the second floor balcony with a view of the gulf. There is also a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room making the full bath on the first floor ideal for a large family or three couples to share. Girl's weekend? No waiting on bathrooms!
Bedrooms each have a flat panel television, DVD players and ceiling fans. There is a 42 inch flat panel television in the living room above the gas fireplace, DVD player, internet service and laundry room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and plenty of space for those who like to cook. All of the key cooking essentials are included.
We are also pet friendly! The second floor balcony is covered, does not have stairs and is a safe place for your pet to enjoy the Gulf breeze in the shade. We also have a small fenced back yard.
Don’t let the afternoon showers drive you inside. Enjoy the cooling rain without getting wet. Open two sets of French doors on the first floor to the patio and enjoy the outdoors.
If you like the idea of walking back from the beach and sitting on the balcony sipping a cocktail with a view of the gulf, this house is for you.

entertaining and peaceful, October 15, 2009 Families should quit the Inns, Hotels and Motels and go for the best family experience, a beach house rental. From the very nice showers (3 + 1 outside) to the ready to cook kitchen, this beach house radiates relaxation and ease at hand. Everyone in the family will enjoy a stay in the Mills Beach House, even if they don't visit the still beautiful white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.
