This home also has a very nice SUNROOM with 3 walls of windows that overlook the HUGE SWIMMING POOL and SUNDECK! This wonderful home has a LARGE INGROUND SWIMMING POOL, 16' x 32' and is 8 foot deep at the deepest point! This home has a 5 PERSON OUTDOOR SPA/JACUZZI/HOT TUB! Inside there is an additional oversized JACUZZI TUB in the MASTER BATHROOM. This home has a LARGE LIVING ROOM with a great Super Soft Sectional Sofa that views the NEW 42" LCD / PLASMA TV and the Electric Fireplace! There is an additional Large Comfortable Sectional Sofa in the Game Room + another 42" Large Screen LCD/Plasma TV in this room. Dear Eric & Julie,

I can not begin to tell you what a great time we all had while staying at your home in Panama City Beach!! My husband, children and myself have been to Florida many times, but our stay with you is by far our favorite! The rest of our party hasn't been to Florida at all or it has been many years (over 30 years in most cases) They can't wait to come back.

The open area of the kitchen, dining room and living room was wonderful for our meals and when we gathered to chat. The game room was a hit with all age groups (Did I mention our group was 3 generations? 21 months to late 60s. There were 13 adults and 4 children.) The house has so much room! Private areas when you wanted to be alone and open areas where we all gathered! I can't say enough about the outdoor areas. The pool is amazing! Close to the beach and shopping we couldn't ask for more!

While we were in Florida strong waves prevented swimming in the ocean for 3 days....we didn't miss it one bit. With the pool and game room we were entertained and enjoyed our time together!!

We found the house to be in great repair, clean and ready when we arrived. Eric was very helpful when we had questions.

I really can't say enough about this property! WE WILL BE BACK!!
