Description of the Panama City Beach vacation home rental

This brand new furnished 2 story beach home features three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, TV’s. It sleeps 10 people. One king sized bed, 2 queen,2 full. This home is a high end quality home with travertine and hardwood floors, carpet in bedrooms. It also features a community swimming pool across the street from the home with pool house that includes mens and womens bathrooms along with showers. Walk to Ship Wreck Island Waterpark. The county pier is at end of street with lots of parking and beach frontage. Everything in home is brand new including all 5 mattresses. Area Information

Relax at the beach. This beach home is in an ideal location close not only to the beach but too many other attractions as well. Just off Middle Beach Road in Harrison’s Walk subdivision 1/2 block from ship Wreck Island and two blocks from the beach. 4 miles to pier park. Applebees, Fridays, Dairy Queen, Sonny's BBQ, Saltwater Seafood, chick-fila, are some of the restaurants close to the home. With this rental you will be in the heart of all the Panama City Beach action.

Had a blast

The house was very nice and all the extra towels and utensils where great. The pool was clean and very close and never was too crouded. The only down fall was the cable- no Espn for the sports fanatics and basic channels like TNT. Also and no wi-fi which was a bummer, but we rented movies so it was ok. The house is really close to the beach it was a plus. Overall we had a great time.

We spent the holiday in Panama City, Chistmas and New Years and could not have a planned a more perfect trip! Home was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed it more than any other holiday we have taken at the beach! Tia was so kind and generous during our stay! WOW! the pictures do not do this house justice. The entire house was beautiful. Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed besides toilet paper, paper towels, and food of course. All utensils were there. And the pool was right across the street! Two blocks from the beach which was perfect, not too close but not too far to walk. I fell in love with this house, will definitely see it again and recommend it to others!

Beautiful beach home

I think there is only one word that came out of my mouth from the moment we pulled up and as we walked through every room in this house "WOW". The neighborhood was so cute, and very quite. The house was so nice, everything in it looked new. It was just my husband and I on this trip but we have already booked it again for this weekend to bring our kids. The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own toilet paper, shampoo, soap, dish liquid and beach towels as these were not provided. The location was great, 1 block from the water park and 2 blocks from the beach and Alvins Island. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a quite off beach house to try this one out.
