A Great Beach House for Everyone

Upon arriving at the Windswept Beach House, it was clear that it was one of the nicest homes in the area. On a daily basis we had people from the beach come up and say "You're staying in that house? It looks incredible". They were right - the house is fantastic. Not only does each of its 5 bedrooms have its own bathroom, but the common rooms are great as well. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is a glass room with a great view, and the patio by the beach has lots of furniture and plenty of room for your entire group to lay out. Perhaps one of my favorite features was the outdoor bar and grill/barbecue area, which is right by the patio. The outdoor areas in the courtyard and porch come with plenty of coolers for storing drinks or seafood, and there is a great table for eating or having drinks in the beautiful courtyard. Of course, the owner was very helpful in both showing us around the house, providing us with help as needed, and giving suggestions about what to do or where to eat in the city. There are two thermostat controls for the house, one for the back 3 bedrooms/bathrooms and the other for the front bedrooms, kitchen and living/dining room. There was enough dining room seating for all 14 of us to fit at one time, which was nice for dinners together. Being right on the beach is fantastic and probably the number one part of this house, especially since he provides umbrellas, beach chairs, toys for kids, and any beach amenities one might need. The owner also was kind enough to cook our group a traditional Italian dinner (which was delicious), and will do the cooking/preparation for a shrimp boil if your group pays for the ingredients. Overall, the entire experience of the 14 people who stayed at the Windswept Beach House was phenomenal - I highly recommend staying there if you are headed to Panama City Beach!
