Description of the Panama City Beach vacation home rental

Our home is located between the white sandy beaches and lagoon. We're a five minute walk to Panama City Beach access #19. We have two master suites at opposite ends of the house as well as a sunroom/office with queen size sofa sleeper. The living area/dining/kitchen are open. There is a queen sofa sleeper located in the living room as well. We have a private swimming pool. There's a patio with gas grill, dining table, hammock, lounge chairs and automated awning. There's a two car garage. . We've purchased it recently and furnished it with what we'd need at the beach-chairs, 2 bikes, 3 kayaks, shade umbrella.

Area Information

Emerald Falls Family Fun center is less than a five minute walk. We're close to restaurants, bars and nightclubs yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. There's swimming, fishing, boating, golf, tennis, beach walking less than five minutes in any direction.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

There are numerous activities for families close enough to walk from our home. Emerald Coast Park which has bumper cars, mini golf, rides. The beach is 2/10 of one mile and takes less than 5 minutes to walk. We have a boogie board and shade umbrella as well as five beach chairs. There are two bicycles and two kayaks as well as two adult life jackets. LaVela nightclub and Spinnakers Beach Club are less than a mile.

Our family's needs were more than met at this lovely home. We were so appreciative of the pool on the many days of double red flags in the gulf. The location at Pamana City was charming and we used the kayaks in the Lagoon which is across the street. The house is so accommodating with movies, kitchen utencils , grill, games, linens, towel, beach chairs and umbrellas envelope an outdoor shower. The have thought of everything. One in our group is disabled and he easily monuvered house and pool. The walk to the beach was an easy stroll. Our whole family look forward to returning.

Home Away From Home Retreat

June 2, 2013

4 of us spent the most wonderful week here. The home was absolutely wonderful! Everthing you could ever want is right there. Perfect location too for everything. The Bennett's have really gone out of their way to make sure their guests have everything they could ever wish for. Everyone on earth should stay here! We had plenty of chill time by the pool and grill and walked to the beach, biked around the city and went on a pontoon boat out in the Bay. Good food everywhere and Spinnaker's was a blast! Best views of the beach when you're eating good food and drinking killer drinks! This truly was the best vacation we ever had! Please make a reservation, but leave 1 week a year for us! :)

Outstanding vacation spot

January 17, 2013

The house was absolutely beautiful. It had everything you could possibly need and lots of extras too. We can't wait to go back now that the pool has been added. This is a great retreal for people who just need to catch their breath,or families who want to have fun and stay within a budget. It was so convenient to the beach, restaurants, and bars. We walked to the beach every night for breath taking sunsets. The state park is close and you can take the kayaks and go to shell island or just cruise arround the lagoon.

This was our first time going to PCB, the house was better in person than in the pictures. It was gorgeous and it had everything you can imagine to make your stay there feel like it was your home.
