Description of the Panama City Beach vacation townhouse rental

This is a nice two story townhouse located 1/2 block from the beautiful open stretch of dedicated gulf shoreline at Laguna Beach, 2 miles West of hwy 79. This property was recently constructed, and is in like-new condition. The 2nd floor of the home features a Master suite with King size bed, bedroom with 2 twin beds as bunks, a hall bath, full kitchen, living room and porch. The first floor has a large master suite with king size bed, laundry room, and single garage. This is a nice place for a family to stay. Enjoy a short walk to the corner doughnut shop for delicious fresh doughnuts and coffee in the morning! If you need space for a family reunion or large group, the house next to us has the same floorplan and is available for rental. We look forward to assisting you with your needs for a memorable vacation!

Laguna Beach is a quiet residential area with a dedicated beach on the West End of Panama City Beach. There are no condos, or any other development for about 1/2 mile in either direction up and down the beach from our house. Walk 2 minutes from the front door through the sugar white sand dunes and sea oats to approach the beautiful emerald waters of our beaches. Besides its beautiful beaches, Panama City Beach has championship golf, a wonderful new water park, Gulf aquarium, Zoo World, The New Pier Park, and many sites for nighttime fun.

My family stayed for the week of the 4th of July. It could not have been a more perfect or comfortable home. It is a pleasant walk to a private beach area. And oh...Thomas's donut shop is known along the beach for it's great breakfast treats! Get there early. There is nothing that Charlotte forgot in this house! You will love it!

This was the perfect place for my vacation! I found everything in the house clean and really organized! The neighborhood is quiet and the ocean was like a swimming pool, perfect for kids! We loved it!
