Vacation Rental Policies
- Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Discover, Mastercard, Money Order, Visa
- Check In: 4 p.m.
- Check Out: 11 a.m.
- Required Stay: 3 night minimum on weekend stays.
- Lodging Tax: 11.5%
- Deposits: Valid ID Required. For people ages 21-24 there will be a $300 damage deposit due prior to check in via cash or made prior to arrival via credit card. Deposit will be refunded to the credit card holder or person making the reservation, upon final inspection of the property.
