Description of the Panama City Beach vacation townhouse rental

Portside is an affordable and very quaint family oriented community located on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach. Located directly across the street from the beach, access to the world famous white beach is within walking distance.

Your air-conditioned and heated two bedroom, one and one-half bath vacation getaway is fully furnished and decorated with a breakfast bar looking into the fully furnished kitchen, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, and a master bedroom balcony.

Your front door parking delivers you into the townhome that is fully equipped with a kitchen and washer/dryer, and furnished to provide a relaxing getaway before and after you have had an opportunity to enjoy the beach, pool, community amenities and local attractions. The bedrooms are upstairs, both with queen size beds, and the townhome sleeps six with the addition of the sofa bed in the living room.

All linens are provided and the appliances that will allow you to relax in our home away from home include an alarm clock, blender, coffee maker,diswasher,master bedroom television, trash compactor, iron, microwave, oven, refrigerator,stove, telephone, toaster, and television with cable and VCR in the living room.

The townhome community that you will be enjoying has three pools, a cascading waterfall, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, three tennis courts, two shuffleboard courts, and a clubhouse. The townhomes are staggered throughout the community and surrounded by beautiful landscaping to provide a relaxing "homey" atmosphere.

The townhome that you will be visiting is located on the quieter, west end of Panama City Beach, Florida. However, whether you are planning to spend your entire vacation on the beautiful white sands of the world reknown beaches of Panama City, or you plan to visit the local attractions, you are just minutes away from both.

You can take a short jaunt to the beach, or hop in the car and be moments away from all the attractions or entertainment that we have each grown to love. Conveniently located on Front Beach Road, and to Highway 79 and Highway 98, you are just a scenic ride along the Emerald Coast to St. Andrews State Park, St. Andrews Bay Historic District, all the best restaurants, shopping, a beautiful coastal ride on 30A, or a short trip to the dog tracks.

The laid back atmosphere on the west end of Panama City Beach that we have grown to love and would like to share with you is only a gateway to all of the rest of the area that has family and friends returning as often as possible.

town house was nice and close to beach. Had a great time and loved the fact that there was privacy and kids had there own room. Stayed in hotels on previous trips and never realized how nice it was to have the extra room that came with a town house. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub and pools

This condo certainly exceeded my exxpectations. The condo unit is very clean, well kept, wonderful amenities, and the location is perfect. The entire condo complex was very quiet and beautifully landscaped. Also, there is a gorgeous swimming pool with a cascade waterfall. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and can't wait to go back.

This condo met and exceeded all of our expectations. The condo was clean and well kept, the location is ideal. You can easily walk to the Sandpiper which has a great tiki bar and restaurant. The whole condo complex is well kept and quite at night. The owner has their name and number posted so if you have any questions they are easily contacted. All appliances are clean and in good working order. We were well pleased with our stay here.
