Description of the Panama City Beach vacation townhouse rental

Gulf Highlands in Panama City Beach. A family friendly gated community. 2 king size bedrooms upstairs w/ bunk room. Visit our beautifully decorated home away from home across the street from "the world's most beautiful beaches." The resort includes a CLUBHOUSE ON THE BEACH WITH SWIMMING POOL, 11 swimming pools (some heated), six tennis courts (two are lighted), miniature-golf, shuffleboard, 24-hour security and gated community, private reserved parking, and a beautiful lagoon. Gulf Highlands community is known as one of the most family friendly resorts in Panama City Beach area. Our unit is located in the front of the resort closest to the beach.The patio faces the largest pool in the complex.

Area Information

Our home is within walking distance from restaurants, a movie theater, Johnny Rockets cosmic bowling alley with roller skating,Archade and Billards all in one, Salty's bar, Coyote Ugly's bar, and 5miles from the New Pier Parke shopping. We are in close proximity to Spinnakers, Club LaVela, Pineapple Willies, Saltwater Grill, Shipwreck Water Park, Gulf World, Zoo World, Frank Brown Softball Complex, Publix Supermarket, Wal-Mart, Grand Maze, Ripley"s Believe It or Not, Holiday, Hombree, Signal Hill Golf Coarses. Golf cart rental available in area.

Loved our stay. The townhouse was immaculate, and a joy to stay in. It is in walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to anywhere you would like to explore. The complex is quiet, even though there are many townhouses all around. Very family friendly. Even when a horrible storm came through, we were without power from 4pm through 10pm, we scrounged around and found some candles, and we were fine. We would definitely rent again if visiting this area. You can tell the owners love and keep their property up. Thank you, Steve.
