Description of the Panama City Beach vacation townhouse rental
When you open the front door to our unit you will see clear through to the glass windows and door to our ocean front balcony with the beautiful azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico just beyond! As you walk in, the fully equipped kitchen with new granite countertops is immediately to your left offering all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Just past the kitchen, we have a dining table with seating for 6 and seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. Past the dining area, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and cable television with DVD and VCR. On the second floor, both bedrooms have a queen size bed, a full bathroom,cable TV and DVD. Our unit also has a FULL-SIZE washer and dryer, so you can pack light and stress-free!tt
We provide you with linens, towels, cooking utensils, hand soap, a starter supply of toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry soap.
Area Information
Dining and shopping are across the street from our townhouse or a short walk. Your choices include Louis Sea Food and Grill, Boars Head, Pizza takeouts, Emma's Diner, Sandpiper Tiki Bar and restaurant, Dusty's Oyster Bar, and many others. For convenient shopping and services, walk across the street to Winn Dixi, CVC Pharmacy. Or a bit further to Buddy's Sea Food Market, beauty shop, and the public library.

This townhouse is absolutely perfect! It is everything you need and MORE for a wonderful vacation. The pictures just do not do this place justice. It is located on the quiet end of the strip, the beach is just steps away from the deck and was not crowded at all. The deck offers wonderful views of the beach, as well as, a great place to relax and BBQ with family. It provides a shower below the deck, a waterhose on the deck, and another shower on the deck. The inside is nicely decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need. We loved the privacy of each bedroom having a bathroom. You can see the beach and waves rolling onto shore from almost every room in the house. No parking worries or elevators to bother with!! WE LOVED IT!!!

This beachhouse is the perfect location,close to markets, pier park,restarants ..the beach is very private and beautiful and the beachouse has everything provided that you would need for comfort .

This townhouse was perfect for my vacation! It was so peaceful hearing the ocean waves when going to sleep each night. It was relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the sunset each evening. One of the best things was the beach is not crowded! You can use the beach chairs and sit on the beach for hours on end. The townhouse was clean and furnished nicely exactly like the pictures. I would love to stay with you again the next time I come to Panama City Beach. Thanks for a great time!

My wife and I spend a wonderful 4 weeks here and we loved it. The Beach House is nicely decorated,every thing we wanted was conveniantly there.The sunsets are extra special,viewable from the fine deck right on the beach.We used the bedroom facing the beach,it was very quied, we were able to sleep like babies.Thank you so much, Linda and Patrick for renting us your wonderful Beach Home. You can't beat this townhouse located right on the beach. Step out on the deck, listen to the surf and smell the salt air. Walk down the steps and feel the sand between your toes. This beats any condo. We spent 4 relaxing days enjoying the condo and we hope to return. We found it to be spacious and very comfortable. The 2 1/2 baths are very handy for a family or even two. It was really convenient to have a good grocery and liquor store across the street. Buy some fresh shrimp and they'll steam them for free! Being on the west end of the beach also helped us avoid traffic. This is a good choice for a large family or two couples.

It was everything that they said. We had a great time and enjoyed staying here very much. No problems what so ever It was so nice to be able to go on the deck and watch the ocean and the sun coming up. I definitely recommend this townhouse. We will be staying here again. Our Family Beach Vacation

Our family enjoyed our dream vacation at this comfy private Beachfront Townhouse. We had everything we needed to enjoy our week at the beach. Morning and afternoon walks led us to the pier for a coffee at Starbucks or a drink at Margaritaville. The full moon lit the sparkling waves at night. When we had a problem, Aimee showed up at our door and the problem was solved in an hour. Patrick provided us with great advise for restaurants and activities. We are looking forward to an opportunity to visit again next year!

We really enjoyed our vacation and how handy everything was. The grocery store is right across the street along with some resturants. The beach is just steps away and was not over-crowded. Location and the neighbors were great! We plan on returninng in the future!

You couldn't ask for any place better. Clean and modern and so close to the beach. You can hear the waves at night even with the doors closed. Having a full size washer and dryer is great. It is so nice to come home with clean clothes and not having to do laundry when you arrive home. The beach view is breathtaking and we were lucky enough to have a full moon shining down at night, how beautiful. Thanks Pat for being so very nice and sharing your home with us. The Best Place to Stay on the Beach

This townhouse has everything and anything you will need, plus, it's right on the beach. You couldn't ask for anything more. The owners even provide beach chairs. This was so much better than lugging chairs down a hallway and elevator in a hotel. We are definitely staying here again!!
