Our West Panama City Beach townhouse vacation rental is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath and is located directly on the beach with an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico! Our townhouse is the only one that is for rent in our 8 unit building. This assures you a quiet and relaxing stay. Our beach townhouse is a beautiful, 2 story unit with ocean view from the living room and from the master bedroom balcony. Sit on our beachfront deck for morning coffee or BBQ in the evening and watch the sensational sunsets over the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

When you open the front door to our unit you will see clear through to the glass windows and door to our ocean front balcony with the beautiful azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico just beyond! As you walk in, the fully equipped kitchen is immediately to your left offering all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Just past the kitchen, we have a dining table with seating for 6 and seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. Past the dining area, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and cable television with DVD and VCR. On the second floor, both bedrooms have a queen size bed, a full bathroom,cable TV and DVD. Our unit also has a FULL-SIZE washer and dryer, so you can pack light and stress-free!

We provide you with linens, towels, cooking utensils, hand soap, a starter supply of toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry soap.

If the Panhandle's newest shopping and dining attraction is Pier Park, you are only a leisurely walk on the beach, a short trolley car ride, or only a short car drive away. Pier Park features major retailers such as Dillards,Ron Jon Surf Shop, and many unique boutiques. Attend a new release movie, get a massage, and shop to your heart's desire. You may dine or have a snack at one of the numerous restaurants including the Hofbrau House, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, The Back Porch, and many more. Free Live concerts are also featured at Pier Park.

Dining and shopping are across the street from our townhouse or a short walk. Your choices include Louis Sea Food and Grill, Boars Head, Pizza takeouts, Emma's Diner, Sandpiper Tiki Bar and restaurant, Dusty's Oyster Bar, and many others. For convenient shopping and services, walk across the street to Winn Dixi, CVC Pharmacy. Or a bit further to Buddy's Sea Food Market, beauty shop, and the public library.
