Description of the Panama City Beach vacation townhouse rental

Come relax in our two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome located in Sandcastle West, only moments away from all of Panama City Beach's favorite attractions. Our townhome is situated on the west end--the most peaceful end--of Panama City Beach, Florida! With a direct private access to the beach, you are only a short jaunt away from the world famous sandy white beaches that Panama City Beach is famous for that keep us coming back for more. You will find plenty of sunbathing room at one of our two crystal blue pools located in the community, when not enjoying the sugar white sands, complete with lounge chairs for your comfort and enjoyment.

After settling in to our beach getaway that has just been redecorated with fresh faux paint, new flooring, and all the creature comforts of home, coupled with reserved front door parking, you can relax in the beach ambiance that we love to call our home away from home. The only things that you need to bring for your time on the beach is your bathing suit, sunscreen and beach towels. You will find fresh linens for your convenience to be used while in our townhome.

Throughout your visit, enjoy a refreshing beverage on the private balcony patios located directly outside of the bedrooms or on the enclosed patio area directly outside of the kitchen. We have tried to ensure that you have all the basic necessities for your cooking needs while visiting your vacation destination--all you have to provide is the food and drinks! While we welcome smokers and non-smokers alike, we ask that you restrict your smoking to the patio areas and use the sand filled containers for disposal.

You will find a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room to accommodate your laundry needs while on your vacation. You will only need to visit the nearby grocery store for laundry detergent and fabric softener for your use.

We are proud to have the privilege of having a home located on the quieter, west end of Panama City Beach! You are only moments away from all of the attractions that have our guests coming back time and again--when we are not lucky enough to be here! Whether you are looking for the nite life, great restaurants that serve fresh oysters and seafood, or shopping, you will find each just a short walk or drive away.

We are excited to be located so close to the new Pier Park--including Margaritaville! Just turn left when you go out of the community. Or if you are up for a nice drive, turn right and enjoy a scenic ride along the beaches between Panama City Beach and Destin on 30A, complete with exquisite shops and excellent dining. Or if you are up for a visit to the dog tracks, hop on 79 and visit Erbo. Even though we are located across the street from the beach, we think that you will quickly understand why we have so many repeat guests!

In the event that you are required to cancel your reservations, you will be entitled to a refund, minus twenty five percent, if you cancel thirty days in advance.

My family stayed here for 4 days and had a great experience! The place comes equiped with pretty much all youn need for a great stay! Right across the street from a beautiful beach too! The owners are very sweet and very easy to talk to should you need them for anything. The place is on the quieter end of the strip which we appreciated, especially on Friday night when the traffic ramped way up! Make sure you checkout the local restaurants as there is great food all around the area. I would stay here again and hope that others find this review helpful. I stayed at this townhouse for a whole week, the place looked great! Everything was clean and functional. The location is perfect, just across the street from the best beach I have ever been to. If I were to travel to Panama City Beach this would be the first place I check.
