Exceptional beach house

If you're looking for a place that's clean and well thought out; then this is the one. My husband requires that we be able to back the car up to the front door to unload and walk out the back deck to the sea and sand. I require a place to take my small dog; and this is perfect!! Nice owner too.

Great romantic getaway!

My husband and I had a great stay at this property. It was too short! We loved the house and we are already talking about our next trip! When we come back we will be bring our kids and there is plenty of room. The ocean was right out the back door which is exactly what we wanted. We also came at the perfect time of year because there was hardly anyone on the beach. We were very pleased with the property. There were a few minor things that were damaged at the house but it didn't affect our stay one bit. I would highly recommend this property to everyone!!!

Owner's reply:

Im always trying to improve on repairs from tenents/customers I have a full time manager who trys to get between tenents to fix and or repair any damages. I dont keep my clients if i dont go back and clean these little items up. If you want probally one of the most elegant/updated villas on beach THIS IS IT thank you David

Superb townhouse on the Gulf of Mexico

This beautiful townhouse right on the beach is a pleasure for vacation. A few steps off the back deck and you're in the ocean, shower on your return. Very well appointed with top-notch amenities such as easy-to-clean granite in kitchen and baths, stainless appliances, easy park right outside front door, front-loading W/D, BBQ grill, WIFI, and deck with sunrise/sunset views . Shower in the master bath while you look out at the ocean! All you need are your disposables. Excellently located close to every place you want to go, shopping, restaurants, fish market, shell shops, bars. Fun activities are available right on the beach such as parasailing and banana float riding. If you like low lighting, take a few candles (recessed lighting throughout) or a small lamp. If sleeping 6, sofa and sofa-bed not very comfortable but utile for a short stay. If I could give this townhouse a higher rating, I would. Will definitely return often and year-around.

My family stayed for a week in Sailfish 2 this summer and it was absolutely fantastic. I have been coming to Panama City Beach since I was a kid, and this is one of the best condos I have ever stayed in. Everything is top notch from the granite counters to the wood floors and tile bathrooms. But the best feature is certainly the location. The deck sits in the sand and you literally cannot get any closer to the beach. Mr. Kottman is fabulous to work with and I cannot recommend this townhouse enough.

Amazing place to stay!

Me and my family came to stay in this adorable villa for a week and loved it. The location is perfect, there is plenty of space all of which is equally nice. The balconies could not be any closer to the beach! My only complaint is that the air conditioning upstairs and downstairs were inconsistent; it was always cold downstairs but hot upstairs. Although the temperature was this way, we plan to come back next year because we love it so much here!
