"SHORE IS NICE" - use of beachfront pool and lighted tennis court. Located in private gated community of LaValencia Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida.
3 Bedroom / 3 bath twin villa w/Bunkroom - Sleeps 9
A unique feature of this home is the spacious living area located on the second floor. This includes the living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, bunkroom and full bath. The living room opens onto a 10'x13' balcony which overlooks the central courtyard with tennis court and surrounding community. There is plenty of room to enjoy your meals outside where there are a table w/chairs and a large gas grill.
On the first floor of this home you will find, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full-sized washer/dryer. The Master Suite is furnished with a Queen size bed and has a private porch. The bath is complete with a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. The Guest room has a Queen size bed and a full bath. There are TVs in both bedrooms.
With the use of the Queen sofa sleeper plus 3 adult-sized built-in bunks this home will accommodate nine.
For your enjoyment, La Valencia maintains a shared beachfront pool with restrooms and changing facilities as well as a lighted tennis court.
