Come enjoy the comforts of our second home! We provide everything we can think of to make your stay enjoyable including liquid hand soap at each sink and hair dryers in the bathrooms.

This is a two bedroom/two bath unit with 1150 sq ft of space to enjoy. The master bedroom has its own dressing area and bathroom. The guest bedroom has direct access to the second bath, which has a tiled walk-in shower. Each bathroom has a hair dryer. The condo comes equipped with linens, dishes, cookware, utensils, microwave and anything you would need for your home away from home, including a washer and dryer! There are new flat screen LCD TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Save money by having breakfast and/or lunch in the condo, under the Gazebo, or pack a lunch for the beach!

The unit can sleep six in beds; it has a king bed in the master bedroom and two full size beds in the guest bedroom.

ATTENTION!! We do not rent to singles under 25 or groups of students! Adult over 25 must stay in the condo the entire time.


Key Points: All our amenities and parking are on-site; no crossing over on a walkway, etc. This convenience is immeasurable!! We also have a keyless lock on the door. No looking for lost keys or worrying about them not working. We are also one of the few owners that allow Sun-Sun bookings when available!

Cleaning fee is $85; 11.5% sales tax additional. Discount for Winter Rental of 3 or more months.

Guests that reserve a return visit will be guaranteed no rate increase.

Summerhouse is on Thomas drive which is at the east end of Panama City Beach, which puts you within 15-20 minutes of the Panama City Airport. Five minutes down the beach is St Andrew State Park where you can fish, snorkel or enjoy the wildlife. They also have a boat that does shuttles to Shell Island where you often see Dolphin swimming. There are many restaurants and activities within a 5 mile radius to enjoy. We rented a pontoon boat this year and saw dolphins swimming nearby. Summer guests told us renting jet skis was a lot of fun too!
