The Best Place for Spring Break

The apartment is even better looking and furnished than the pictures show. If you're looking for a place to stay during spring break, The Summit is probably the best location. Everyone else had to walk a mile or two from their houses to get to the main action that takes place right in front of this condo, while we were right where all the action/partying was all the time. Mike, the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had over email, and gave our damage deposit back right away after our stay.

This place was amazing, especially for the price. You can't beat it for the location. The room was set up nicely, nice decorations and all. Location, location, location fo sure with Spinnakers being right next door and being surrounded by so many bars & restaurants! love this place, owners are great & so quick to respond on all questions asked. Customer service is key & these guys are great! Will definately stay again next yr!!!

Boys frist beach trip

We took two little boys (5 and 7)(who had never seen the beach or the ocean) along with my 10 year old granddaughter. They were very impressed as were we!! The place had a fabulous view and everything was clean and nice. We had a great time and look forward to staying again.

Wonderful!

We had a great time and really appreciate the hospitality shown by the Pierce family. Although we had to deal with Tropical Storm Debby for a couple days, we couldn't have asked for a better trip. Everything was beautiful and fresh in the condo. The location was perfect if you are looking for something fun for everyone too! Only thing I didn't care for was the screaming from the "Vomatron and Sling Shot" across the street, lol! Ocean was gorgeous, soft sand, more shells than I could ever imagine and plenty to do on site. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

Great Place

I am a college student and visited with 3 friends for a week. We were able to check in sooner than those who leased directly from Summit and our check out was later as well. The area is in a great location and seemed to be the edge of the main beach action. There are several places nearby within walking distance and walmart is just a short drive away. The place was stocked up and we didn't really need to have brought anything but food, toiletries, clothes, and beach towels. Things like plates, silverware, cleaning supplies were already there. Only downside is it is all about the beach and clubs, not much in terms of kayaking or wildlife viewing. If you are a partier this is great during spring break, if not then i wouldn't suggest during that time.
