Description of the Panama City vacation condo rental

Condo suite for rent by owner located at Top Of The Gulf suites on the 8th floor in Panama City Beach FL. Full equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), full bathroom, walk in closet, 2 double beds, 1 fold out futon ,kitchen table with 4 chairs, bar with stool, full glass windows facing the gulf and private pool along with cable TV and internet cafe in lobby. Exterior balcony overlooks the same view and smoking is only allowed in this area.laundry facilities located on the same floor as the condo (Suite 817) pool has a bar/food area near it.

Minimum age to rent is 21 years old. No pets and non-smoking unit.

Jet bikes and parasailing rentals available on the beach. Attractions and family fun can be found across the street. Family dining and fine dining within walking distance.Boat rentals are also available within walking distance. Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Spinackers famous restaurant, fishing piers, and more. Private pool for suite users only, kiddy pool and hot tub. BBQ grills and picnic tables are also available near the pool.

Cannot Beat the Location for Price !

I decided to take a quick Memorial day weekend to the beach with just my three girls- being my husband didnt come I was nervous-however I had nothing to worry about ! I loved being on the 8th floor ! #817 was just what it advertised and had a great view ! We didnt hear any noise thru out the night-and had no problems ! The pool is huge- and the access to the beach is perfect. If we ever go on a short trip we will stay here- owners are very nice - the complex is very old-but for the money you pay you cannot beat it !

It was a cute condo. It looked exactly what the pictures said it would look like. The only thing was that the table leg was wobbly and a few minor things, but it was overall it was good.

We arrived late on Friday evening, so it was great to have the keypad number and be able to enter without going through a front desk. Condo #817 was clean and comfortable...normally we go to Daytona Beach, but the beach in front of this place was great along with the pool!! Will plan on staying here again in the near future.

Excellent view and very convenient to the beach. Bathroom and fridge a little small, but we didn't stay in the room much except to sleep and shower. Overall a very good and affordable trip. The owner was very easy to deal with. Will recommend to others.
