Brand new (2007 delivery), oceanfront Bayfront Tower by Bern Construction, Panama's best builder, located on exclusive Balboa Avenue in the banking district, Marbella borough. Overlooking Punta Paitilla, the Bay of Panama, Casco Antiguo and the Pacific entry to the Panama Canal. Impressive 34th floor social area includes a swimming pool, sauna, meeting and party rooms, a fully equipped gymnasium and a heliport. Twenty four hour security.
Seventeen floor, oceanfront view, fully furnished and air conditioned unit 1701, featuring wood floor queen bedroom, one and one half bath, Hunter Douglas bottom to top window treatment, wood floor living & dining room complemented by cuisine ouverte open kitchen with all amenities. This unit includes printer-copier-scan machine, high speed internet connection as well as cable television and free local calls and telephone. A separate maintenance room, conveniently located next to the kitchen`s apartment has a washer dryer combo for added guest's convenience. Maid service included in price (*every day for day rentals and twice a week for week or monthly rentas). One covered parking space is included.
The Bayfront Tower is located two blocks away from trendy Multicentro Mall and Casino, the largest in Central America, connected via air bridge to the Radisson Decapolis Hotel, a five star lodging facility with rooms starting at $240 plus 10% tax per night. On the opposite direction, two blocks away from Via Uruguay, Panama City's Pink Zone, featuring over 50 restaurants, bars and night clubs with a wide variety of international menus. Nearby, across the boulevard, is the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel with rooms starting at $270 plus 10% tax per night.
Bargain priced at $160 per night, minimum two nights. 50% of the rental (applicable to rental). Cash payment in full, including a refundable $350 security deposit required at check in.

Area Description
Balboa Avenue is one of Panama´s most scenic and elegant areas of the Capital City. Its gorgeous views of the Bay of Panama, Casco Viejo (historic district of Panama) and Panama City skyline are unparalleled.
Not only is the area of Avenida Balboa distinctive, but it is also very convenient as there are malls, hotels, parks, monuments, banks, restaurants and a huge variety of other amenities within walking distance.
The two of us stayed for three nights in this unit and wish we had stayed much longer. It is a relatively new unit kept very clean with magnificent views of the city/waterfront. All three major rooms have windows that are from floor to ceiling which creates the feeling that one is on the balcony from anywhere in the unit. The building is secure and we felt comfortable walking anywhere during late hours of the evening. All in all, I would recommend this condo to anyone who places high value on quality, location, and the splendid views.

Location, location, location!! My wife and I stayed here for the week of 12/22 to 12/29 and were completely satisfied. The nicest restaraunts, markets, malls and night clubs are all just steps away from the lobby door. The furninshings are comfortable and up to date. The rooftop pool is an excellent place to get some sleep and work on your tan. The building staff and cleaning staff were all very pleasant and easy to work with. Hi there, I would like to say to those who are interested in going to Panama city, that I´ve never been treated so well, so kindly. The apartment was awesome!!! I give 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 for them. A+++++ Everything went perfectly as expected. Panama is a wonderful city, with beautiful and nice people. My wife and I, we are already making plans to come back next year. Panama is also an excellent city to go shopping. Pack your bags and GO!
