Description of the Paphos vacation apartment rental

A ground-floor property with own small front garden and barbecue, well equipped and furnished which can sleep either 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children. There is a living/dining room, separate fully-fitted kitchen, tiled bathroom with shower, bedroom with fitted wardrobes and drawers and covered patio for outdoor dining with steps leading down to the garden. There is also an allocated parking space at the rear of the block and a communal swimming pool with showers and nearby changing rooms.

Area Description

The apartment is set on a hillside with stunning views of Paphos and the coast,with the nearby village of Chlorakas and all its amenities a five-minute walk away. A walk down the hill takes you to the Tombs of the Kings Road and a bus-stop either side of this road means you can get into Paphos or to Coral Bay in the opposite direction. These are both just a ten-minute drive away - Coral Bay is a well-known sandy beach whilst the Tombs of the Kings Road is full of restaurants, bars, tavernas etc and leads to the beautiful harbour area and Paphos town. Behind the block you can see the Troodos Mountains in the distance.

Paphos Bird Park is a twelve-minute drive away near Coral Bay whilst there is a go-kart park near the waterpark. The village also has its own football ground and encourages visitors to watch local matches for a very reasonable price. Also in the harbour area is one of the largest archaelogical sites on the island with the Tombs of the Kings along the road of the same name just an eight-minute drive away. There is also available a car to rent for half the normal price of local car hire companies.
