This beautiful, newly remodeled (January 2002) non-smoking apartment is centrally located in the heart of the old and historical Le Marais neighborhood, within a one-minute walk from the Beaubourg Center (modern art museum), less than a 5-minute walk from Les Halles or Hôtel de Ville (city hall) and a 15-minute walk across the Seine river from Notre-Dame cathedral, Sainte Chapelle church, and the Latin Quarter

A very well appointed and tastefully decorated one-bedroom unit of 41m2 (450 sq. ft.), it comfortably sleeps two guests in a queen-size bed and two additional guests in the sofa bed in the living room.

This apartment is on the third floor of a 17th century Parisian building looking on a quiet medieval backstreet. It is accessible by stairs from the main street entrance through a traditional 19th century building.

All shops and facilities are virtually at the door: bakeries & pastry shops, grocery stores, cheeseries, fruit markets, delis, flower shops, libraries, banks, cafés-restaurants with sidewalk tables, etc. The rue Rambuteau in Le Marais is one of the most picturesque small Parisian market streets (together with rues Mouffetard and Montorgueil). It is surrounded with several metro stations and bus stops in the immediate vicinity.



The living room displays a luxurious double sofa bed, two armchairs, a wardrobe, a writing desk, English and French cable television, a stereo/CD player and a telephone/fax/answering machine.



The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, two nightstands and chairs. It has direct access to the bathroom through a separate door.



The brand-new fully-equipped kitchenette offers a four-unit electric cook top (ceramic glass), an oven/grill, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, an electric coffeepot, a dining table, glass-door cabinets and cupboards with a great variety of utensils and appliances.



The bathroom contains a tiled shower, a washbasin, washer/dryer, space heater, a cabinet, and shelves. There is a separate toilet with a hand washbasin.



The hallway has a coat stand and luggage storage space.



All bed linen, towels and kitchenware are provided. Amenities include a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Other services include free cleaning service once per week. Utilities and taxes are included in the rate.
