Ideally located in the heart of Paris, and the old and historic Marais, it is at walking distance from some of the Parisian cultural centers such as the Louvre Museum, the Centre National d’Art et de Culture G. Pompidou and the Notre Dame cathedral. In this lively neighborhood there are the Montorgueil and the Temple markets, bars, clubs, restaurants as well as boutiques and specialty stores. Public transportation nearby, the RER has direct connection to the Orly and Roissy Airports.
The nearest metro stations are Hotel de Ville (line 1&11) and Rambuteau (line 11).
This 37m2 apartment is located on the third floor plus one floor with elevator of a nice 18th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and the entrance to the apartment is protected by two intercoms.
The apartment is north exposed and faces a calm courtyard as well as Paris roofs.
The walls are white painted and there is a nice parquet floor .
There are two windows viewing Paris roofs. It is decorated with on side a dining table with its chairs, two bookcases, two other wooden chairs, and small piece of furniture with a lamp.
There is a double bed (180 wide); a wall-in built closet, a desk with its chair, and a small piece of furniture with a TV. This room is also equipped with a telephone.
Also the bathroom has a window with shades giving on Paris roofs and is as a consequence quite agreeable. It is all tiled and has a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead, and a washbasin surmounted by a mirror. Toilet is separate and tiled.
The open eat-in kitchen is all tiled and equipped with three gas burners and an electric burner, a fridge and freezer (combo), an electric oven, a coffee maker as well as a stainless sink. There are also all the necessary utensils in the cupboards.
The dining table is suitable for 4/6 people.
