Description of the Paris vacation apartment rental
This 3-Room Apartment is located in the center of Paris, the Montmartre/Opera Area
- 5 minutes walk to Opera, Galeries Lafayette, Printemps
- 10 minutes walk to Sacre Coeur, Place de Tertre and the famous painters etc
From the apartment windows taking your breakfast you can see the Sacré Coeur, on the top of Montmartre, as well as the beautiful Place de Clichy.
Montmartre has typical narrow streets, close to more cosmopolite and animated ones, such as the district of the Moulin Rouge. You have a Bio-food typical french market 3 times a week not very far.
The apartement is 10 to 50 meters away from the subway/buses taking you to all other parts of Paris. This is very convenient for moving around in Paris.
In terms of accommodation, this apartment consists of a a main bed-room with Kingsize bed, a second bed-room with 2 bunk beds and a living room with new convertible sofa bed.Therefore 3 guests can sleep each in its own room. The apartment has Bath-room and toilettes separated and mesures 51 sq meters or 520 sq feet.
There's also a washing machine with dryer. The three windows are double glazed. The apartment is on the 3. floor.
The apartment also has a new fully equiped kitchen (microwave oven, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, etc.), a dining table with 5 chairs, a totally renovated bathroom with a wide bathtub + phone shower, hairdryer and a separate toilet room.

Three of us stayed in the Sacre Coeur apartment with great ease. The bedroom areas are spacious with good sized beds. The kitchen is generous, and everything works well! The stove is a plus for those who care to cook on their own. From the start of the rental process to the goodbyes at the airport, this owner made this vacation wonderful. He contacted us by phone and e-mail; Claude was available with a wealth of information the minute we landed. It is a valuable plus to have Claude in the city to advise the rentors when needed. We used the small businesses in the neighborhood and found all the shopkeepers to be helpful. It adds a good spirit to stay in a neighborhood and feel comfortable there. I recommend the apartment and would be willing to answer questions about our stay.

After I made arrangements to rent this apartment I was contacted via email by Claude, an agent who represents the owner. He arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, and he purchased museum and Metro passes for us. He met us at the apartment and got us off to a good start. We were 4 people. The apartment was large and we were never cramped for space. The location was ideal. Near the Louvre and only a 2 minute walk to the Metro- which was so easy and convenient for our travels through the city. Around the corner were a small grocery and a bakery. Overall I must say that the apartment was fantastic. Great location, clean, spacious, comfortable and a wonderful agent, Nicole, who was so helpful and gracious. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.
