Description of the Paris vacation apartment rental

This 3-Room-apartment has 64 square meters/ 700 sq. foot and has air-conditioning, central heating, bath and toilet are separate, there is a living-room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, Bath and WC.

The living-room has a dining area with a spacious table and four chairs and a comfortable sofa which can be changed easily in a kingsize bed for 2 guests. There's stereo, CD- Player, LCD-TV with international channels, DVD-Player,Air Condition, Fan,chest of drawers, bookshelves, phone (Calls to US and Canada and Europe are included )

The main bedroom has two main single beds and two more beds to pull out hiddden underneath the main beds with new mattresses, chests of drawers, a spacious wardrobe etc. The walls of the living-room and bedroom are stucco.

The second bedroom can be reached by some stairs from inside the apartment and is one floor above.There is a single bed and many storage place in a closet.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hotplates, microwave, fridge,sink,many cupboards, coffee-maker, iron and ironing-board. The spacious bathroom is new tilled and has a round shower cabine, the washstand is in marble. Washing machine and hair-dryer you'll find there also.

The apartment has six windows with shutters before and also Bath-room and WC have windows.

This apartment is suitable for three adult guests or 2 adults and 3 kids.

Area Description

Invalides Dome, Eiffeltower, Montparnasse and St Germain des Pres ... all steps away.

Three of us stayed in the Invalides-Eiffeltower apartment with great ease. The bedroom areas are spacious with good sized beds. The kitchen is generous, and everything works well! The stove is a plus for those who care to cook on their own. From the start of the rental process to the goodbyes at the airport, this owner made this vacation wonderful. He contacted us by phone and e-mail; Claude was available with a wealth of information the minute we landed. It is a valuable plus to have Claude in the city to advise the rentors when needed. We used the small businesses in the neighborhood and found all the shopkeepers to be helpful. It adds a good spirit to stay in a neighborhood and feel comfortable there. I recommend the apartment and would be willing to answer questions about our stay.

After I made arrangements to rent this apartment I was contacted via email by Claude, an agent who represents the owner. He arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, and he purchased museum and Metro passes for us. He met us at the apartment and got us off to a good start. We were 4 people. The apartment was large and we were never cramped for space. The location was ideal. Near the Louvre and only a 2 minute walk to the Metro- which was so easy and convenient for our travels through the city. Around the corner were a small grocery and a bakery. Overall I must say that the apartment was fantastic. Great location, clean, spacious, comfortable and a wonderful agent, Nicole, who was so helpful and gracious. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.
