St. Germain n°4 is a bright studio/apartment located in the 7° arrondissement, surrounded by famous  shops and great small coffee-places, restaurants... and at a stone throw from the elegant "Bon Marche" department store.
There are many destinations for you to discover within walking distance - in the heart of the Left Bank: Invalides, Musee d'Orsay, Champ de Mars & Eiffel Tower, Assemblee Nationale, Ecole Militaire, and of course, Saint Germain des Pres.
Easy access to the rest of Paris with 2 subway stations: Vaneau (line 10) and Sevres Babylone (line 10/line 12).
This studio/apartment of 22 square metres is in a 1700's building at the 2th floor, via stairs.
It has renovated in the second half of 2004. Ancient visible beams give a feature of warmth to the context. It is sunny plenty bright because of windows, one in front of the courtyard and two looking at on the street.
Sleeps up to 2/3 people This apartment is provided by every comfortable double sofa/convertible bed plus a single one. It is really functional for a couple plus a child.
A valuable table can be doubled to be suitable for 4 people. An ample cupboard and a big chest for clothes, linens etc. complete the furnishings.
Telephone for incoming calls - use your calling card for long distance (France telecom, AT&T / SPRINT...).
TV is available for our guests.
A kitchen coin is equipped by two fires hot tops, microwave, coffeemaker and cooking.
The bathroom has bathtub/shower, lavabo and WC. Fresh Linens and towels are provided.
