This very beautiful, fully furnished vacation rental apartment is situated in a safe, trendy and lively area, minutes from the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadero. It offers the amenities of Central Paris such as excellent restaurants, theaters, brasseries, bakeries, food shops, fashionable stores and more. Up to 4 people can stay comfortably in this 43 m2 (485 square feet) ground-floor apartment, which is located in a quiet building with a concierge as well as protected by a security system. The inside is very nice and typically French. The flat has been renovated in Sept 07. One passes through a magnificent marble and mosaic lobby entrance. Once in, you will notice beautiful molding and very high 9-foot ceiling, which, with two large windows, makes the room very sunny and pleasant. The main entrance doors open to a a hallway, which leads you on the left to a large bright living room with a fireplace. From the living room you can have easy access to a small bedroom where you'll find a queen bed in a very charming alcove-bedroom. The main room has a sofa-bed/long chaise that allows two more people to sleep comfortably (kids are welcomed). You will enjoy our antique furniture including 3 Napoleon III chairs, desk, dining table and more. To the right of the entrance you'll find the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, a fridge, burners, pots and pans, dishes, silverware) to make your stay a special experience as well as everything needed to cook, reheat, or have breakfast. From the kitchen, a door leads to the newly remodeled bathroom that has a shower, a washing basin with a mirror a restroom washing and drying machine. All the essentials will be provided for your stay in Paris.
Vacation Rental Prices: Partial Week $190/night+ fee for short stays; One Week $1299/week. This includes everything, electricity, water and free calls to USA, CANADA, French, British, Irish, Spanish landlines. For entertainment, you will have on site: Cable Television, radios and Clock). High speed Internet connection on site, bring your laptop.
