Our spacious, understated five-room flat is available for short rentals (6-day minimum preferred, discounts for 2 weeks or more).
There is a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the library/second bedroom--ideal for a couple, small family, or three close friends. The flat is furnished with interesting pieces from Paris brocantes and flea markets, but doesn't feel over-decorated, fussy, or cute. Care has been taken to accentuate the original architectural features, which include 14-foot ceilings (a beamed ceiling in the living room) and hardwood floors throughout.

Imagine yourself in a 17th century left bank apartment at the heart of the Latin quarter, in the best part of the 5th arrondisment, between the Pantheon and the Seine.
You'll be within easy walking distance to all of central Paris, close to all transportation, minutes from the Luxembourg gardens, museums, open-air food markets, shopping, and restaurants.
Instead of a cramped hotel room, you can make this apartment your Paris holiday home.

You are in the HEART of Paris just two blocks from Notre Dame on the left bank. The #10 METRO line is out the door or you have numerous bus lines within a block in any direction allowing you access to any part of the city, also only 5 minutes walk to the Notre Dame stop for the Bateau Bus on the Seine. The neighborhood, though in the center of Paris and the Sorbonne University retains the real flavor of residential Paris with wonderful outdoor food markets, little cafes and Restaurants. All the options of the Chic and Trendy 6th arrondissment are accessible within a few blocks as well.

What a fantastic flat this is. Clean, simple, spacious and airy. You truly feel you are living in Paris, not just a tourist. Great location within walking distance of so many wonderful places. Sure beats tiny, expensive hotel rooms. I can't wait to stay there again.

This is our second time at this apartment. We love it. The apartment is perfect for ourselves and our son and especially great for him to have his own room. We are in the food and wine business and delighted in being able to shop in the local markets to prepare traditional French dishes ourselves. The kitchen is small but has everything we needed and is very well organized.

We loved every detail down to the collection of Cd's!
