Everything you would expect in an apartment if you rented it in the states.
2 bedrooms with view of the Eiffel Tower,2 bathrooms each with their own toilet, and all the hot water you want. Full modern kitchen with "eat in" area, hardwood floors,English TV,WiFi & eithernet cable,parking & a nice terrace garden.At 95sqm (1000sq feet) we are big for Paris.

IF YOU NEED 2 bedrooms and 2 baths THIS IS BEST DEAL IN PARIS.... perfect for 2 couples,4 singles,or couple with kids.

Paris 15th is an upscale residental distric with great shopping and restaurants.
It is where real Parisans live and is a very safe place to walk the streets at any time of day or night.We are 8 floors up in a modern,safe,secure,quite building
with 2 elevators.
By the #8 Metro we are 11 minutes to the Champs Elysees/Place Concord/Lourve in the heart of Paris. Great sight seeing on the #39 & 42 buses which stop at the door.

location is perfect. appartement is in good condition and you don't have to bring anything with. although the owner was not in town, he made sure that we were well received. owner was very helpfull in the preparation and was really flexibel with our requests. We will be visiting this appartment next year again!

Just great for a working vacation with our kids. Lot of space and lots of hot water. Really loved sitting in the kitchen having my coffee and getting my mail on the WiFi network. My wife loved the Washer/Dryer which ran a load and dried it in less than an hour. Kitchen was great and fully equipped but who wants to cook and clean when there was wonderful places to eat in the area. It was really just like what we would expect at home. Nicolas & Jessica PS: There is a full supermarket on the ground floor with whole pasteurize milk which is hard to find in Paris and with out which my kids would not eat their cereal.
