Location of the apartment in the heart of Paris :

* Right next to the famous MONTPARNASSE district

* 10 minutes to CHAMPS ELYSEES and 15 minutes to EIFFEL TOWER by underground in front of the building.

The apartment is located in a small and quiet street, next to the busy shopping street Raymond Losserand.

For grocery shopping, there is a supermarket 2 minutes walk and all shops in Raymond Losserand Street.

There is 3 french bakeries in a 50 meters area, and one of them is suppling the French President in all kind of bread.
The large choice of French restaurants next to the flat ( 1 to 5 min walk ) is a good alternative to enjoy the French Cuisine.

There is also Italian, American, Chinese, Japanese, Indian restaurants.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this apartment so much that we continue to stay there whenever we are in Paris. This apartment has all the amenities that one would want-free internet, washing machine, cable TV, etc. We have always found it to be extremely clean and comfortable. It is located in a nice area, less than a minute's walk from the Pernety metro station. Anyone who has been to Paris knows that the subway system is extensive and the most important thing is to be located close to a metro so as to allow accessibility to the centre of Paris, and although the apartment is not near Champs Elysee/ Louvre, every place is convenient by metro. There is a grocery shop (Monoprix) nearby, as are many good restaurants and bars. The apartment owner is very friendly and helpful, and this apartment feels like home to us!
