Description of the Paris vacation apartment rental

This quiet, spacious, stylish one bedroom apartment was fully renovated and consists of 50 square meters and located on the 4th floor with elevator/lift of a classic, well preserved French building. The building is equipped with blue key entry and coded doors.

The apartment is fully furnished featuring a top-quality, queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa in the living room. An air mattress is also provided.

The living room and bedroom are spacious and artfully decorated while retaining the original charm and character. The living room has beautiful refinished hard wood floors and hosts a CD player, Stereo System, and a large TV/DVD, with cable TV. The dining table accommodates 4 persons. Chairs are provided for extra seating arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 4 element stove, toaster, coffee maker, plus cooking utensils and various dishware, pots and pans, iron, and ironing board.
Everything you need is provided to make your visit to Paris as fun and comfortable as possible. The bathroom is equipped with all new amenities with modern elegant features. It features a bathtub/shower, toilet, sink, towel warmer, washer, hairdryer plus a variety of luxurious towels. There is a large closet near the door entry for storage of suitcases and other large items. The apartment is equipped with fresh linens, blankets, duvets and pillows.

The apartment is located in a clean, residential area of Paris (8eme) Rue Ponthieu. The apartment is situated within 2 minutes by foot from the enchanting Avenue Des Champs Elysées, 5 minutes by foot from the most Parisian of monuments, Arch De Triumph, Eiffel Tower, and 20 minutes by foot from the breathtaking Place de Concorde, the Tuilleries Gardens and world renowned Louvre Museum, plus a large variety of other wonderful Parisian monuments and sites are all a short walk or a quick metro ride.

Avenue Des Champs Elysées has a variety of boutiques, cafes, and restaurants located within walking distance, as well as movie theaters, night clubs and other evening entertainment.

This apartment is very centrally located providing easy access to just about every other area of Paris.

The apartment is directly located by [George V] Metro Stop which will take you to all of the locations Paris has to offer. Also, given the central location of the apartment, there are several major bus routes which run close or within easy walking distance of the apartment.
