Description of the Paris vacation apartment rental
Last minute renting of My Loft Stylish in Paris 15 - 30 August 2009
Hello There !
This is a House Rent offer.
Me and my wife are planning to make a trip in California from 12 to 30 of August 2009.
The Flat is available only in that period.
You won't find anyother offer like this on internet, as far our place is about 100m2 with more than 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WC, kitchen, and fully equiped with a Balcony and all furbished in a very "Contemporain" Design.
Our place is in the 15th disctrict of Paris (Zip 75015), you can reach the Eiffel Tower by walking 10 minutes, and you can see it just front of you on the street corner. The same for the Seine river, it is really down the street.
Subways are all around (Javel and Balard Station), and this situation makes that place comfortable for all your daytrips. Flat is shiney, and you have a private concierge service if it is needed.
All this is on the first floor, and you reach it by taking a lifter, directly to our home. You can have your brunch on the balcony, wich is especially amazing.
Extra equipment :
2 x Flat 32" and 40" HD LCD TV (1 in bedroom) with DVD/DVX Players, Tv Cable access, Internet with WIFI access, equiped Kitchen etc ...
Our conditions are simple :
Animals are ok if you take care of, No Smokers (only on the balcony if needed), no unknown guests. But the place haves 4 bedrooms, so we accept 2 adults with children.
We always ask for some basic details. Everything will be managed seriously for our peace.
Pictures are shown here, but in case of you need more, extra ones will be sent promptly on request by email.
Renting our house is possible, price is 1000 Euro / week (1420 USD) > (7 days, 6 Nights).
The place is really comfortable, and can be seriously compared to a 5 stars Suite in Paris.
So, we hope to talk with you soon, and we will glad to help you spending your perfect trip in the Most beautiful City of the world !

Eiffel tower, Trocadero square, are 10 minutes walking down the street. Champs Elysees are 5 minutes by cab, 10 by subway. Museums are all around, along the seine river bay down the street (House of Japan, Quai Branly museum are 10 minutes walking, Orsay and Louvre are 5 minutes by cab for example). The Flat is located in one of the trendiest area of Paris. Calm, and near everything. You can find down the house a market to find everything to eat, or better, the parralel street (Saint Charles street) haves all French traitors and food fine specialists. Restaurants are all around ...
