Description of the Paris vacation apartment rental

A 600 sq feet (55 sq m ) loft in a typical "Haussmannian" historical building (18th century) at the 1st floor. Situated in the 2nd Arrondissement, in the very centre of the "snail" in Paris.

The apartment has been recently and finely refurbished but preserves the fascination of the unforgettable "belle époque". The floor and the ceiling are authentic and antique. Old beams, old parquet and logical living designs and amenities create charm and space that feel good and are just plain fun to live in.

This 1 bedroom open space - with finished kitchen and bathroom and some furniture scattered about - is ideal for new life style. Loft living is different: "A loft is open space, and creative use of that space that invites people to arrange things to suit their personal lifestyle and taste". The great part is that the owner decides the use-of-space, not the builder!

Our home would be comfortable for a couple or a family up to 4.

The apartment is fully equipped and offers amenities like: Jacuzzi, Cable TV, Computer, Wide-Band Internet Connection, DVD Player/Recorder, Skype phone, VHS, HIFI, American and italian Coffe Makers, Toaster, Washing/Dryer Machine, DishWasher, Fridge, HairDryer, Autonomous Heating, etc.

The position is really wonderful because you are very close to main attractions (2 minutes from Opera Theatre, 6 minutes from Place Vendome, 10 minutes from Madeleine Square, 15 minutes from Louvre Palais, 20 minutes from Beaubourg, etc) . The Capital of fashion, food, art, music, culture, history is waiting for you! You are only a few steps from great restaurants, theaters, cinemas and, of course, nightlife.
But, if desired, 4 Underground and a RER lines will take you from home to everywhere in Paris.
The house is in a quiet street that connects two crowded "Boulevards". Anyway the apartment is completely soundproofed in order to protect your sleep.
