Description of the Paris vacation apartment rental
The flat is extremely calm and filled with light.
There is a dedicated bedroom while the living-room can be used as a second bedroom.
1. Fully equiped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, nespresso machine, fridge.
2. Living room has an LCD screen for TV and cable. Couch is designed to be converted in a highly pleasant bed, when necessary.
3. Bedroom has a queensize bed and large cabinets
4. Free highspeed internet is available everywhere in the flat through Wifi.
5. Bathroom is equiped with a washing machine.
Area Information
The Champ de Mars is right outside and suits ideally for a running session at the feet of the Eiffel Tower. Groceries are only meters away from the place while a typical market, located rue Cler, is only 5 minutes away.
Trocadero and the Invalides are at a short walking distance, as well as the Seine.

Small but clean, efficient apartment in a superb location with an extraordinary view of the Eiffel Tower. Apartment is modern with high-quality features, including free WiFi, dishwasher, washer and expresso machine. The owner, Alexis, is most gracious and helpful. Can't wait to go back to Paris and we will be sure to stay here again.

Very good stay in Paris

I've been in Alexis' apartment for a week and I would recomend to everyone who wants to stay in Paris. Very well located, close to bus stop, metro and train station, there are supermarket and restaurants really close and Alexis gives all support you need before your arrive and during your staying. The appartment is good enough to 2 or 3 people, no bad things to say.

Our stay at this apartment was nothing less than fabulous. The location was extremely convenient to all sightseeing and allowed for a true Paris experience. I can not say enough about Alexis, our host. He was so helpful and always available when we had questions about either the apartment or Paris. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Paris. If we are lucky enough to return, we would definitely stay here again.

From the booking process to the check in, Alexis made everything smooth and easy. The apartment is comfortable and homey. The view can not be beat. To lay on the couch and watch the Eiffel Tower light show each night is amazing. The neighborhood is wonderful with a small grocery, several restaurants and a taxi stop right across the street. My daughter and I used the Hop on Hop off bus and were able to catch it right around the corner at the Eiffel Tower stop. I can tell you honestly that we would not have enjoyed our stay in Paris nearly as much had we not stayed in this apartment. Do not hesitate to contact Alexis to make reservations.

Dreaming in Paris...

We enjoyed all of our time in Paris, and this apartment was just magnificent. First of all, this apartment was not only located in one of the prettiest zones in Paris, but also close to everything; from the Eiffel Tower to the greatest parisian museums and galleries. Surrounded by important restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, me and my family enjoyed having walks around the zone at any time of the day, and even at night, it's one of the most quiet and safest places in Paris. Since the moment I made contact with Alexis, he was always informing me and keeping me in touch with our arrangements. Finally, the day we arrived, Alexis and his family were there to welcome us and wish us a pleasant stay. He is an amazing young man, who loves his city and if you need any help/advice he'll be there to answer anything. The apartment left us speechless. My daughters slept in the living room and they were truly fascinated by the fact that they slept watching the sparkling Eiffel Tower. Even though we are used to more spacious homes, this apartment had everything we needed. There was nothing we could ask for... The bathroom is very modern and is equiped with a washer/dryer machine, the kitchen is just wonderful... Basically everything was wonderful. There is a taxi stop located just across the street, the closest metro station is 5min. away, and the bus stop is infront too. This is a spot where you can take either the bus or the subway, without spending too much money, and go anywhere you want to. Right now, I'm just counting the days to go back to Paris and sip a coffee, while contemplating the Eiffel Tower from my window! Believe me, what I'm about to write may sound like too much, but to me, this is THE place to be in Paris. Totally recommend it. I'd just like to thank Alexis for all the attention he gave us, and the way he made our stay in Paris, even greater! I wish I was still "Dreaming in Paris", but for now, I'm just "Dreaming at home!" Paris me manque

I could not have been happier with the apartment. It was wonderfully appointed and is in the midst of some wonderful areas of Paris. To be so close to the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance of shops and restaurants made the stay very enjoyable. The owner (Alexis) and his family were very welcoming and accommodating of our needs. The apartment was clean, modern and well appointed having only recently been fully renovated. We stayed in the apartment as a family of 3 as we had our young daughter with us. I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful apartment. We will be back! Peter Martin
