Nice little studio in artistic Montmartre in Paris

You will find a nice typical parisian studio of 18 m2, well organized and roomed, comfortable, quiet and so well localized: in the heart of Montmartre, still a very artistic area of Paris, where so many famous artists (Van Gogh, Steinlen, Toulouse-Lautrec, Suzanne Valadon and his son Utrillo,Picasso, Modigliani..) lived and created. An area still in the creation mood.
You will find in this 18m2 studio, very well organized and roomed:
- a murphy bed for 2 persons
-a sofa-bed (if you are 4 persons, this sofa-bed cans help!)
-a bathroom with toilets
-a kitchen's corner including all you need to cook & serve
-a table w/ 2 chairs (2 more folded chairs)
-a terrace of 11m2 (w/ table and 3 chairs) where you can enjoy a sunny day
-a television
-free WiFi Internet is available
-heating
-bad and toilet lining (1-4 persons)
-no washing-machine: you have a nice laundry in the same street

We speak: french, english, spanish, italian.

Our price:
-75 euros/night (1-4 persons: same cost): 2 nights minimum
-36 euros for the cleaning
-20 euros for a check-in after 10 PM or on Sundays
Other conditions:
-check-ins 2 PM
-check-outs: Midday
(we can find other hours arrangements, depending of the days and entrance/leaving hours of our guests)
-300 euros deposit (it will be refunded to you)
Paypal rent payment possible before your arrival (the deposit will be refund you the day you leave); cash payment at your arrival.
If you want any extra at your arrival (bottle of champain, flowers, any surprise, please do tell us, we will be happy to provide it to you -extra charge will be asked).

The area of Montmartre is really the most typical you still can find in Paris.
It has not changed so much in a century.
You can feel the still alive creative and freedom mood, and it is a safe area.
You have 2 subway stations: Abbesses (line 12); Blanche (line 2).
The little Montmartobus (an electric little bus) can also let you at a few meters from the building.
A daily street market with fresh vegetables & fruits, french wines cheeses, fish, etc. is located in the rue Lepic, at a few steps, as well as little supermarkets, classical or organic ones.
Montmartre has the best parisian bakeries, yes!
You will find in Montmartre lots of affordable very typical little restaurants, coffee-bars, and of course fashion, beauty and clothes shops.
Each Montmartre street is full of old stories and you have nice things to visit. You really feel like in a village but at a few subway stations from all the beautiful places and museums you want to visit in Paris.
