This compact studio is perfect for a couple looking for a characterful central base to explore this beautiful city. Tastefully decorated in a boutique style, it still has that authentic Parisian feel in keeping with the 150 year old bulding. Located halfway between the fashionable Rue Montrogueil and the lively Rue St Denis this is a pad for those who like Paris life in all its wonderfulness and eccentricities and who like to explore by foot rather than looking through the window of taxis. If you prefer chandeliers to spotlamps or Relais & Chateaux to Holiday Inn then this could be the place for you. Free WiFi, cable TV and international landline telephone calls. The main room has a sofa bed with memory foam topper, an additional sofa and a dining table with seating. The kitchen has a microwave/grill a counter top oven with two hotplates, a fridge and washing machine. The modern wetroom has a rain shower, toilet and sink. Located on the second floor of this typical French residence, it is also worth noting that due to the age of the building there is no lift in the property.
