The studio (a comfortable 20 sq.m / 216 sq ft) is in the heart of must-visit tourist Montmartre made famous by artists like Picasso and Toulouse Lautrec and is round the corner from the lively steps of Sacré Coeur beloved of visitors young and old, a stone 's throw away from the Artists ' Square, near 3 metro lines.

A very lovely flat in a very beautiful neighbourhood. Although many rentals claim to be in Montmartre (a little village in the heart of Paris), this is the real deal, just a stone's throw from the beautiful Sacre Couer church. (It's also on the quieter, less-touristy side).
The flat itself is modern, renovated and suitable to American standards of comfort.
Even more, the rentors are lovely, extremely kind people. All in all, a great stay!

We had the pleasure of staying in this studio over New Years which was wonderful. The location is unbeatable and both the apartment and the neighborhood make comfortable places to spend time in addition to going out to see the sites. The tour we received in addition to the hospitality offered made our trip very memorable and encourage a sense of desire in us to be able to return the same favors when we have visitors to our own home city. Our hosts went to every effort to provide accomodations that were above and beyond what is available elsewhere. We will definitely be returning in the future.

You will not regret booking this studio. Michael and Marlys are wonderful hosts-full of useful information about Paris and specifically, the Montmartre neighborhood. Montmartre is the most scenic neighborhood of Paris-you could spend a couple days alone wandering the beautiful streets, browsing in the boutiques, and sampling the many delicious treats at the patisseries. The breakfast at Michael and Marlys' apartment was one of the highlights of our trip-the food and conversation was wonderful. In summary, if you want to move beyond the typical tourist experience and get a feel for the real Paris, stay here.

We have been here twice, which speaks a lot about it. We just loved the place we had to come back. It is clean, cozy enough for two, modernized, and the location is the best! Everything is close by - grocery, Metro station, cafes, quaint restaurants, and steps away from the famous Sacre-Coeure Church. Marlys and Michael are a wealth of information especially for first-timers. They are very helpful and accomodating to their guests. We will continue to stay in this studio whenever we are in Paris!

My husband and I just returned from our
honeymoon to France and Italy and stayed a week
in Paris in this wonderful apartment. We were so
impressed with the hospitality, cleanliness and
great location that we recieved. The building was
quiet and safe, we had a partial view of the Sacre
Coeur from the window and were able to feel like
"real Parisians" for a bit. Please note that there is
quite a lot of walking required for the uphill area,
but we relished a chance to burn off our Croque
Monsieurs and pastries! Our hosts even gave us a
wonderful tour of the Montmartre. You will not be
disappointed! **If you like Polish food there is an
awesome place on Rue Andre del Sarte called
Mazurka that we loved.**

well our stay in paris was so special a lot because of our renters marly and mike. they are so hospitable and knowledgeable. the place was quaint, safe, clean and location, location, location-was GREAT. they gave us a wonderful free walking tour full of interesting facts. mike makes the best latte in paris! 2 thumbs up to the couple and their studio apartment. we will return to stay with them again and will recommend them to our family and friends.

Studio pani Marlys i Michaela Schurmannów to naprawde przeurocze miejsce. Usytulowane w sercu Paryza, jednak nieco na uboczu glównego szlaku turystycznego, dzieki czemu jest tam cicho i spokojnie. Pokoik z kuchenna wneka i lazienka nie jest wielki, ale bardzo sympatyczny i wygodny. Kuchnia jest w pelni wyposazona, czysta, wygodna. Na miejscu sa wszelkie srodki czystosci, odkurzacz i wszystko, co pozwala utrzymac apartament w porzadku. Wygodne jest tez spanie.Ale najwieksza zaleta tego miejsca sa jego przemili gospodarze. Gdy przyjechalysmy z córka pózna noca, w lodówce czekala na nas kolacja. Marlys i Michael poswiecili nam swój czas, oprowadzajac nas po Montmartre. Z takim milym przyjeciem nie spotkalam sie podczas zadnej z moich zagranicznych podrózy.

Hallo, wer eine saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung in Paris sucht, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, es war einfach toll.
Ich werde mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal in dieser Wohnung gewesen sein.
Sie ist super zentral, man erreicht alles in wenigen Minuten. Sehr schön ist am Abend der Ausblick auf den beleuchteten Turm des Sacre Coeur. Vielen Dank für die klasse Übernachtungsmöglichkeit und ich werde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

go out of their way to make your visit to Paris a

We cannot recommend this studio enough. The location is unbelievable, you can almost touch Sacre Coeur from the huge windows in this great little place. Equipped with everything you could possibly need, including wifi, DVD player, stereo & free overseas phone calls. Michael & Marlys are unbelievably accommodating hosts, and made us feel extremely welcome & at home. We also got the fabulous Montmarte tour, and were even spoilt with dinner & pastries. Without a doubt, this is one of the best (and cheapest) places we have stayed in Europe. We highly recommend it.
