Property location is key; close enough to the action yet far enough to get away. This townhouse contains new upgrades to provide a domestic modern flare to the Old Town feel. Just minutes away on foot, from main street action including the town ski lift, Park City nightlife, a variety of eateries and shops, and also FREE public transportation to get you all the resorts and local attractions anywhere in the area.
The townhouse has a queen-size bed in each of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom contains an attached bathroom and the unit has an additional bathroom and powder room. The kitchen is fully functional with modern appliances, bar stools and a dining area overlooking the Grand Room and wood fireplace.

Park City is located 30 minutes east of Salt Lake City and SLC International airport. Park City is a resort town full of culture and nightlife unequivocal to any other town in Utah. The area boasts 10 major ski resorts with arguably the best skiing slope side and touring access to the best snow on earth. Our annual snowfall challenges if not dominates any other region out west and the snow typically is the best on earth which has attracted and developed Olympic athletes from all over the world.
While the winters get all the glory, the summers in Park City are stunning enough. The long days of sun and cool mountain breezes makes it a perfect location to get out of the heat. Summer activities include some of the best mt/road/downhill biking, hiking, fly fishing, boating, horseback riding and all around outdoor adventures. With the Uinta mountains nearby, the options are endless.

• Deposits: Cancellation 60 days or more prior to the reserved dates, we’ll honor a full refund. 45 days prior to those dates, we’ll honor half a refund. Cancellation 30 days or less is not refundable. We do offer two types of vacation warranties. They can be purchased upon reservation confirmation. The first option cost 10% of the total & guarantees a 50% refund if you are forced to cancel within 30 days of reservation. The second warranty cost 20% of the total & guarantees a full refund.
   
• Other Fees: A one time cleaning fee of $100. Extra firewood, Linen services & daily cleaning, cooking, food delivery and taxi service upon request and additional charges.
