Write a review We booked with very short notice, the owner was very helpful. We did have a little problem with hornets upon our arrival, however the property manager was really quick to respond. This property had everything we needed. We stayed in Sara's Hideaway and had a great time. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. We are planning another stay in the future. This was a great place to stay. Just minutes from Park City and not too far from Salt Lake City. The Deck was great, the weather was perfect all which added up to a wonderful relaxing time. Great place. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful cabin. Our family really enjoyed fishing, 4 wheeling, watched a movie or 2 and just loved being together again. Thanks for a clean, great deal on a cabin, Ron. Had a wonderful time at the chalet everything was as promised.We rented 4-wheel drive vehicle's as the incline to the chalet was quite steep and ice-laden.We skied Park City and Alta and even got in a little tubeing thankyou Ron for all your help in making this trip a wonderful experience for my entire family.John Gligo. Sarah's Hideaway worked well for our 3 family trip to Utah ski country. Cabin was as advertised, clean, comfortable. For winter trips you must have 4 WD to access this cabin... or any cabin in the Timberlakes area. Owner (in FL) was very helpful. This is a great 5 bedroom cabin, with great views. It is about 7 miles up from Heber City in a gated community. We saw lots of wildlife in the area: deer, elk, coyote, and a moose up by Park City. Use the Gondola entrance to Deer Valle ski resort to save you the hassle of driving through Park City. Deer Valley is the best place to ski if you like quality, fantastic service, and he best food to be found at any ski resort anywhere (expensive though). We would rent this cabin again and are considering a summer trip to the area. Utah is beautiful! The house was in pristine condition and it had wonderful views. I would stay there again. Ron: We had a great time in your home. We spent lots of time in the outdoors hiking, fishing and 4-wheeling. The scenery was just magnificent-12,000 ft mountains, lakes & rivers are all close by the house. We had a blast going downhill on the rental bikes at Sundance Ski resort. They bring you up to the top of the mountain by ski lift, unload your bike, and away you go. Everyone should try this! Our kids enjoyed seeing the deer on the property in the morning. The house was clean comfortable and well stocked. Wonderful hot tub! We will be back again next year. Not only was your home warm and cozy – feeling much more like a “home” rather than a “vacation property”, but it was immaculate as well! This was by far, the nicest and easiest and user-friendly home we have ever rented. We also liked the fact that your home was well stocked – from the bathrooms to the kitchen! We had plenty of room to spread out in and the kids loved the game room (the games, movies, & air hockey) while the adults chilled out in the spa after a long day of skiing. The views were breathtaking as we sat out at night watching the sun go down hoping to catch a peak at deer. The house was easy to get to from the airport and we loved that our favorite ski resort, Park City, was only 20 minutes away. Your directions were perfect. We loved the hot tub and the little extras such as books, DVD's, games that kept the kids busy. They really enjoyed the foosball and air hockey too. Going snowmobiling from the house was great. I wanted to say thank you for allowing my family to rent your cabin in Heber this weekend. The weather turned out to be colder than we planned but we had a great time. Thank you for the use of your beautiful cabin. What a peaceful & lovely way to spend the New Year with all our kids with us and our sons friend too. It was a true family vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the east coast life. We would love to return in summer.

We really enjoyed the cabin! Loved seeing all the animals- deer, horses, elk, rabbit, even saw moose! Great skiing at Deer Valley. Beautiful weather all 3 days. Had a great dinner at Snake Creek Grill and another at the Wasatch Brew Pub in Park City. We certainly did not miss the weather back in our hometown of Willmar, MN where it was -22 degrees for highs while we were enjoying upper 30's + sunshine here!

We had a wonderful time this week! Bear was a treat. The weather was gorgeous and the skiing was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and Park City! Having the hot tub downstairs was perfect after a long day of skiing. The game tables were an awesome addition to our vacation as well!

Our stay at the cabin was a wonderful time, weather was perfect (sunny & warm). Our adventures took us on a train ride, time in the jacuzzi & a fishing trip to Strawberry Res. We caught 2 keepers and 4 releases. Kailey (4 yrs) loved Bear! She wanted to take him home. Kaden (3 yrs) loved the trip on Thomas the Train, catching a fish and playing with Bear. Thank you for opening your cabin to us.
