• Deposits: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent.
   
• Other Fees: Damage Reservation Deposit- A security/reservation deposit of $200.00 is required.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed at numerous (10+) other condos around the world. We found that it was very clean and exceeded our expectations. It was more than adequately furnished. The access to shopping and restaurants was extremely convenient. We will definitely re-book this condo in our future travel to Park City.
