Description of the Park City vacation condo rental

2000 sq. ft. 4 bedroom/3 full-bath duplex one block from the First Time Lift of Park City Mountain Resort. Includes WIFI, cable television and DVD player. Each of the 4 huge bedrooms has a deluxe Queen bed and Large Closets. The Master Bedroom has a large Walk-In closet, a Private Bath, television, and nighttime views of Park City Mountain. The second-largest bedroom sleeps four comfortably with an additional Bunk Bed and Walk-in closet. The stunning Gourmet Kitchen is outfitted with granite, stainless steel and all kitchen amenities including microwave and dishwasher. There is a a separate dining room with a Brand New dining table. The spacious Living Room has an gorgeous Working Stone Fireplace, Television and DVD player, There is also a separate very large Den with a large Television, VCR & DVD players. Also included is a full size Washer and Drier. There is a Large new Hot Tub just six steps from the front door of the condo. Towels, bedding and two covered parking spots under the building are all included in the rental. Check out the photos posted in our listing.

Our location is SUPERB. We are just one block from First Time Lift at Park City Mountain (we walk). Directly across the street is Starbucks, a pharmacy. grocery store, Jan's and Coles - Park City's two premiere outdoor apparel/sports rental stores. The free Park City shuttle stops just outside our underground garage and transports riders all over Park City, the Canyons and Deer Valley. Deer Valley and The Canyons Ski Resorts are about 5 minutes away.

Area Information

It's hard to imagine running out of things to do here year-round. There's just so much to experience in Utah's crisp fresh air. After a day of skiing the best snow on earth (downhill, xcountry, helicat and Heli-skiing), snowboarding, tubing and snowmobiling, relax at one of the area's day spas or health clubs, enjoy shopping and world-class dining on historic Main Street, catch a play or screening of an independent film, try snowshoeing, visit Olympic venues, or go for a romantic sleigh ride. There's no place on earth like Utah.

Spacious and convenient

Though we stayed in Park City at this location last year, I wanted to be sure to write a good review. You can't beat this location. Everything is nearby with ability to walk to the ski resort and walk/bus into town. The bedrooms are large with plenty of space for everyone and a remodeled and spacious kitchen which was great for cooking. The separate (upstairs/downstairs) living areas made it very convenient for the kids to watch television and play games separately. Many amenities including a hot tub in the building. You can't beat this location. I can't wait to go back!

Spacious and comfortable. Two separate living areas for relaxing and watching TV. Perfect location. 2 blocks to the Park City resort lifts. Ski equipment rental or sales across the street. Grocery store 1 block away. Shuttle up to downtown shops and restaurants right in front.

I stayed at this property for its location. It's very close to the Park City Ski Resort, yet because its not actually on the resort property, you're not tied into their restaraunt choices. 1/2 block away is the town bus stop, so you get the best of both worlds. The price was very reasonable, so I was somewhat concerned. I was VERY impressed with the lodging, newly renovated kitchen, and the amenities. I'm planning to go back to Park City this winter and wouldn't dream of renting elsewhere. We've all heard the horror stories of properties that didn't live up to the hype. No worries with this property. It's well maintained, and very spacious. Read all the reviews you want, but do NOT pass this one up.

Best for Location, Space, and Comfort

We rented this last summer after renting several years ago for Sundance. The location is ideal. Although we had rented a car, we ended up walking or using the shuttle most of the time. During our winter rentals, we would walk to the mountain for a ski afternoon, it was so close! The place is so spacious that everyone had their own privacy and no one ever waited for showers. We love the hottub, which was large enough for our group. Every morning someone would wake up early and walk for fresh bread and hot coffee. This summer my kids and nephews had a great time in the bedroom with bunkbeds and queen bed. They felt like they had their own apartment. The owners are so helpful, supplying restaurant and recreational suggestions. Can't wait to return

Fantastic Spot

We visited Park City this summer and rented this place with another family. The accomodations were just perfect. It was so spacious no one ever felt compromised. We walked over to Park City Mountain for the alpine slide. We had delicious dinners in town. The hiking and bicycling were spectacular. The owners provided us with information about scenic drives and hiking spots, bicycle rentals, and even a swim club that offers one-week memberships. The bedrooms are spacious with abundant closet space. Having a living room upstairs and den/family room downstairs allowed the kids to watch a movie downstairs while the adults talked and listened to music over cocktails. Along with Starbucks, the ski shop across the street has an independant coffee vender who is cheaper and more creative. We spent a day at the Sundance Film Institute hiking around the mountain and enjoyed an incredible dinner. This was an exhilarating, no hassle summer vacation for two families.

If you don't feel like driving, the free Park City Shuttle stops on the corner of our building and takes riders all over town, to the three major resorts, to Olympic Park, the outlet shops or anyplace anyone wants to go.
