Ideal location in heart of Park City! Free shuttle service stops 30 feet from our door. It takes you to Main Street, Park City Ski resort, Deer Valley or the grocery store all in under 10 minutes.

Elegant Park City Penthouse Condo, top floor 1650sf 3bd 3bth all one level-the top level, so no one above you or on any side of you! Pool table, flat screens in every room, AC for the summer! Private hot tub on deck with Views, views panoramic views of slopes of PC Ski Resort from deck to lights on the mountainside of Deer Valley...and great location, 1.5 miles to PC Ski Resort, sleeps 12 comfortably, high grade mattresses (needed after skiing and soaking in the hot tub!)
granite countertops, everything brand new inside, stainless steel appliances, brand new black washer and
dryer, 57" HD TV, travertine master bath, beautiful Park City Decor, art, even deer antler chandeliers,(professionally decorated
plenty of storage for skis, boots, boards, you’ll love it everyone does.

HURRY it fills up fast and was booked last year Dec through March almost 100%!

Silver Mountain Sports Club and Spa is right across the street!!

World Class Skiing, Park City, UT home of the 2002 Olympic Games,
Deer Valley, The Canyons, all with 15 minute drive to ski resorts
Alta, Snowbird within an hour. Golf and bike trails, world class
fly fishing, hunting, water skiing all the great summer and spring
mountain activities at their finest. Visit Utah, I am from Southern
California and love to visit and play up here.

great stay

Great location and nice set up. The pull out bed needs a new mattress, a bit uncomfortable. Also, we were staying with a big group, so it would've been nice to have another bathroom that wasn't attached to a bedroom. Pickiness aside, this was a wonderful find spot. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a wonderful condo, very clean and modern, when we had a few small challenges with the coffee pot and getting the hot tub hot... they sent a wonderful man, John Gray, who took care of everything very promptly and he was a pleasure to meet. We had plenty of room for our family, and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies... all in all, an exceptional home away from home, and we really look forward to staying there again., the family said "we should come here every year!" Thanks so much to the owners, and especially John Gray! We'll see you next year!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Park City. There were 6 of us that stayed over Christmas week and had no complaints. Modern appliances, hot tub, pool table, fire place all were great. The shuttle stops literally right in front of the apartment. You can see when it comes right out the window and walk out, so you don't have to stand outside in the cold. It's very spacious, all bedding is extremely comfortable, and everything was clean.
