Description of the Park City vacation condo rental

Being always on the road for work, I appreciate the comfort of Boutique Hotels which make my stay comfortable and relaxing. I recreated this feeling in my spacious and luxurious Park City corner condo, knowing you will enjoy it.

Pamper yourself and relax in front of a gas fireplace. Listen to music or watch your favorite show or movie on a new HD-3D flat screen TV with surround sound system, an AppleTV box and a secure High Speed Wireless Internet access. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with DVD player (cable access in the master bedroom).

A 10 foot high ceiling with wall to wall windows will provide you with lots of sunlight. During the summer, the sun will be present through the windows early in the morning and late in the evening, but not during the day. This will keep the unit cool and fresh during the hot summer days.

In both bedrooms, you will find a queen size bed with plush pillows, Euro Top style mattress, luxury quality bedding and linen. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with double sink and a deep soaking tub with shower. The bathroom is accessible by passing through a spacious walk-in closet.

Hair dryer, iron and board, full size washer and dryer are there for your convenience.

No matter if you decide to cook or to order take-out in one of the 20+ restaurants nearby, our kitchen is fully equipped with chef-grade cookware, gas cook-top, high quality silverware and dinningware including crystal wine glasses, wine decanter and French Layolle steak knives. A water-softener, fridge with integrated ice machine, Keurig coffee machine, regular coffee machine, crockpot, rice cooker, wok, are some of the equipment included in our kitchen.

Step out onto the large covered deck to sit down and admire the views, or just cook out on our BBQ gas grill, all surrounded by trees and bushes for your privacy.

Each unit has an assigned parking space in the underground heated enclosed garage. Unassigned covered parking space is also available outside. For your security, the building has a secured access entry code.

An elevator will give you access to the condo, so there is no stairs to climb. The condo is at the end of the hallway for more privacy. You won't hear people getting in and out of the elevator.

The ClubHouse provides you with a nicely equipped gym (bike, treadmill, stairsmaster, weight-station) a foyer with a kitchen, an outside swimming pool and jaccuzzi accessible all year round, from which you will be admiring the mountains and the Olympic Park in the back-ground. If you prefer, hiking and biking paths feeding into Park City's award winning system of trails, are located right outside the back door.

Our condo is located in the Crestview complex, adjacent to the Olympic park, just a quick drive to three World Class ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons), and a 30-44 min drive to other ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Sundance and Brighton). The SLC airport is 30 min away.

For your shopping experience, the Tanger Outlet is located just across from the condo unit, both the Redstone and NewPark district are just down the street. For the grocery, Whole Foods & Smiths Grocery offer both prepared goodies to go. Downtown Main Street in Park City is just a ten minute drive.

Louise has set up the apartment for comfort and convenience. The view from the apartment is lovely, the kitchen fully equipped and the ski resorts right near by. We went to the canyons resort. It has a lot of terrain and the ski lessons were excellent. My daughter and I took a 3 hour private lesson for intermediate/advanced and my wife a day beginners lesson. We learned quite a bit. The snow was beautiful. It was a fun vacation. Ed

We would highly recommend the condo at Kimball Junction...it was exactly the type of accommodation we wanted...it was very nice to see a well appointed two bath, two bedroom condo equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The heated garage in the morning and evening was a great surprise...we didn't have to park outside. We did not worry about anything during our visit. Barry January 2014

Louise's condo is a delight. She has thought of all the details to create a welcoming and comfortable environment, right down to providing nice soap and lotions, as well as bathrobes and slippers. The decor is tasteful and most everything seems new.
The kitchen is well equipped, including decent knives (which rarely make an appearance in rental condo).
It's about a 15 minute drive to Park City skiing and 45 mins to Snowbird and Alta. The condo is across the street from a huge outlet shopping center, and a short drive to Whole Foods and many other shops.
