Brand new home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen with all appliances and dishes. W/D included. Yard is not yet landscaped and there is no garage. Large Deck overlooking all of Rockport Resevoir and surrounding towns. 1 king in master 2 queens and 1 futon available with all linens included. Large hot tub in master suite with lots of closet space. Large flat screen TV for use with DVD's only. No internet or phone service. Please use cell phones.
*4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE REQUIRED WHEN SNOWS ARRIVE!* Usually between November - April. Owner will advise when you call to make your reservation.

Gated community overlooking breathtaking Rockport Resevoir in Wanship, UT. 15 min to Park City and Ski areas. Lots of trails for snowmobiling, horseback riding, etc. Minitutes from ice fishing, water skiing, fishing, or swimming.
